So I reported this guy. And this is what my report said "Literally the most toxic person I've come across in many games. He tried to justify himself by saying he wasn't toxic and if he was really being toxic the things he said would be much worse. Then he tried to degrade me by saying that it was said that I was at least a 20 yr old reporting someone over a video game. Then, in the post chat screen he literally says "oo vayne now i can type to you go hang yourself. thats what i wanted to say. you 20 year old asperger retard" PLEASE permma ban this."

He was toxic during the game. He called people retarts, said we were all bad, blah blah, idiots, etc. typical angry kid stuff. But my question is are the after game chats watched? Because he's clearly been permma banned before. He admitted it in the game.

Now, Riot just 14 day banned me for "being toxic" and the text they gave me.... IS NOT TOXIC BEHAVIOR... I honestly don't understand. I've been permma banned before. On my main. And I created a new account and I have NOT been toxic. I've been actively reporting players who are toxic. Can someone please explain to me HOW the following logs are ban worthy? The first game that they're using as an "example" IS THE GAME THAT THIS TOXIC TALON WAS IN. It is clear that they are reporting me, simply for speaking out against their toxicity. And these false reports are adding up. And riot thinks I'm toxic?

Yes, lobby chat is recorded, and used if necessary. Just annotate it was in the lobby in the report description;

No. I have never seen anyone banned for something they said in either the pre-game or post-game lobbies.

In fact, when Tribunal was up and I had a cool 94% conviction rate, I never saw any logs from those lobbies.

The system looks at if any reports were made after a game, not how many, so there is no reason to ask for "assisance" in getting them banned

The old Tribunal left pre/post game chat out because of technical problems with automatically porting it to the logs we saw, not because Riot didn't record/monitor them.

Games 1 and 2 looked okay, though game 3 was pretty toxic. I'd personally recommend not telling people that you're going to report them and talk about banning. You're just feeding the fire, and once you start doing that it's VERY easy to slip into toxic behavior yourself. If you've gotten permabanned before though, I can only assume this is an improvement, so good work!

Riots system is broken and they suck at there job, all i have to say. They always ban the wrong people and never fully look into it. They give the baybs of this game the benefits.

And please remove the names from the post game chat you included. Calling out players is against the board rules. First, because there is nothing we can do about it, second it's to avoid witchhunts.
