Trolling in Champ Select/Pre-Game Lobby with Possible Solution

Event 1: I show Malzahar. The other person I pick at the same time as says, "Uh, I'm going to Malzahar." And picks it even though I showed first. I've thought about a way to fix this, but if the first person to show is the only one able to pick that champion, then you could troll someone who is trying to pick before you. So maybe only the people who have next pick can lock in a choice ahead of time, but then you would be able to troll someone after you who wants to pick. This one is a tricky situation to solve. However, it's happened to me several times, since I like to play Malzahar in the jungle, so people either ban him or pick him first to make me dodge, or play another champion (I've even had to dodge in a promotional series because I figured it would be more unpleasant to play a match for at least 15 min and lose, then just take the loss in series and be able to move on.)

Event 2: (Mentioned above). A player bans Malzahar because they don't want Malzahar jungle. To be fair to me, at the moment I have a 80% win rate on Malzahar in the jungle, but, still, I get people banning or picking Malzahar to keep me from playing him in the jungle. My win rate shouldn't matter anyways. Same situation as above, if the person who shows first can lock in that pick you can still find ways to troll the other player.

Remedy: Even though someone could troll someone by picking a champion before them in either situation you choose to allow a person to lock in a champion, the percentage will still dramatically lower the amount of times it can happen. People will first have to recognize a pick they don't like and try to ban or block it. If the person who shows first is allowed to keep that pick then unless they say, "Hey, don't ban Malzahar" (and don't show in lobby) then it can be banned or picked by your teammate. It seems to be a problem solver, although, I think there is still the rare chance (especially in higher elo when people recognize your champ by your in game name if you are a one trick or famously known for playing one particular champ ie. Tyler1, Sirhcez, Trick2g) where they could ban or pick it before the one being targeted locks in their choice.

Event 3: Another player on my team trolls another player on my team by banning or picking their champ causing them to troll my match and I end up losing the game or needing to dodge and lose LP due to them getting tilted or me being nervous they'll throw the match on purpose because of their chat in the lobby or just me knowing that some people will lose on purpose because their own team banned or picked their champion.

Please let me know if you need more information or if this can be implemented in the upcoming patches. It has been an ongoing problem since I started playing back in Season 4.
