About smurfs and the health queues

Well i think this problem is starting to be noticed at platinum / diamond.

There is too many users making smurf accounts just to the point to prove how "easy" it is to make it there, problem comes at these issues that matchmaking starts to be quite WEIRD enough to queuing you with people that shouldnt be playing with newbs at all, not only to mention the issue that THEY DONT CARE IF THEY GET BANNED, they will create another smurf and keep doing the same stuff.

There was an issue a week ago i think regard a Rioter who got really pissed at someone on discord, (Yeah i know it was kind of justified but their laboral status just screwed him over his job due some constant ban evader) and regard this i start to notice it at high Elos, they REALLY dont care if they get banned, like...

The point of it is... Smurfs are most likely to legibly damage someone else status, mostly they dont care about the game and are just there to screw matchmaking over, i have seen some ragequits, intentionally feeding, instalocking, etc. recently on both normal, ranked queues.

Its just kind of pointless to just ban the account, i know IP banning (or range banning can be serious) can be useful to a point but they will evade it...

Something regard taking a proof of identity regarding making an account on a marked IP or something should be taken, cause i know about gaming areas can be affected by this kind of punishments, so its a really difficult kind of matter to treat with.[sg-zephyr]
