STRIKE TO CHANGE THE UNFAIR "You are unable to earn rewards due to previous behavioral punishment"

This new behavioral punishment is completely unfair to the point where it makes me not even want to play this game anymore and i know that i'm not the only one out there thats highly frustrated with this new behavioral punishment system. This is not benefitting the league community one bit simply because now that all previously punished league players have lost the chance to earn rewards theres nothing else to do in the game so they've basically just lost everything and now because of that they simply do not care anymore and start trash talking other players and causing other players to tilt because they don't have anything to lose anymore. So as a result its now ruining this already ruined community especially in Bronze games, those games are complete aids. This is coming from a player who gets tilted because of other players toxicity and then when i finally go off on them in a couple of matches after who knows how many games consistently one after another of people flaming, and then i end up getting chat banned and now no longer able to get my favorite champs to level 7. This is more disrespectful to us league players that get tilted than to the other players getting flamed as a result of us being tilted.

This is 100% unfair and needs to be changed NOW.

Level 6 requires hextech blue dust. You were told you can't hextech craft if you are toxic.

Just FYI, the hextech loot restriction IS NOT PERMANENT. Yes, it does last longer than your chat restriction, but you can earn it back by showing consistent displays of sportsmanlike behavior.

Holy runon sentence batman. The ineligibility for hextech crafting does not last forever, and if you play and have positive interactions, you can get it back pretty quickly.

Just mute them. In all seriousness, at the first sign of toxicity, mute that person. They aren't worth it and they aren't saying anything constructive. If you feel yourself getting tilted, say what you want to type out loud, after the game, take a 10 minute break. Use the mute button to get though your current game, use the report button so others won't have to go through what you just went through.

No, you got disciplined because of your actions. You need to keep your emotions in check. Hextech crafting is a reward for players being positive. If you got a punishment, you are a negative influence in the LOL community. It's like your Mom not giving you desert because you didn't finish your homework. Keep your nose clean and you'll get hextech crafting soon enough. Keep your emotions in check and don't rage.

You say they are toxic because they have nothing to lose, but they can still earn a ban, and if they were to change their behavior they could get access to crafting. Those seem like reasons to not be toxic.

This actually seems more like a supporting argument for the crafting restriction. If there's something players want that requires them to be sportman-like for a while, perhaps it will serve as motivation to change their behavior.
