So Apparently I Scripted When I have Never Cheated or Shared my Account.

Alright, so I'll start off from roughly a week ago.

> On February 23rd I had played a couple games into the evening and then logged out for the night, something that I usually do when I don't have any shifts or assignments to finish. The next day I try to log into my account and It says I am permanently banned. I have been digging around on the web and taking to Waka V.V. and Shaky, both of whom have been helpful in helping me understand how I was banned, however I cannot prove that I have never used Scripts/Hacks/Exploits and as far as the system is concerned, I did use some kind of service to give me an in-game advantage.

I have never cheated in League of Legends and I never plan to. I realize that I seem like the typical butt-hurt player that got banned in the wave last week, but Riot can't expect their system to be 100% accurate with no errors. I have read the terms of service, I have read the summoners code, and I have searched through posts and information for hours in the past week.

I understand that Waka V.V. and Shaky did their job and did not unban me, and if a Rioter does see this, which I really hope they do, the request number is 20617715.

If a Rioter could please just help me out, I have never exploited the game in any way shape or form, and if I did it wouldn't have taken me 579 games to get from Bronze V to Gold V. Considering this season I have gone from S3 to S2 to S4, it kind of shows that I'm not cheating in ranked which is the only place cheating really makes sense, plus in Normal games I am usually matched in mid silver to low bronze elo. I have never been punished before in anyway and have only gotten one warning which was back in October of 2014 where I got a level 1 Leaver warning.

I spent hundreds of dollars on that account and see it as extremely bad customer service (in general, not pointing fingers at those who helped me) that you drive players away when one bad thing happens to their account and it is impossible to even negotiate because you don't believe me when I say that I did nothing wrong. I realize that cheating is zero-tolerance, however when someone is obviously dedicated to this game, (1831 hours of playtime) the least you can do is believe them when they have had no prior punishments, and are rarely salty in there games.

Really hope that @WookieeCookie or someone else that can help me see's this, if anyone else has been through the same situation feedback is appreciated :)

Thanks, Ektura

I took a look at your match history, it looks like back in October 24-31, you seem to switch your summoner spells around quite a bit. It looks like before then, you have had your flash on F I believe, then around the 24th, you switch it between D and F, then after October 31, you have your flash on F again religiously.

Now, that isn't definitive proof, but that does look suspicious to me. Then again I'm not a Rioter, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I have to agree with the others for now, if you don't mind trying to convince me, why did you suddenly decide to switch summons and roles?

I explained this in the ticket that I made with Riot, forgot to explain it here so I'll just copy paste what I said there:

"The only time that it may have looked like I was sharing is when me and a friend of mine who also plays League made a bet to motivate us to climb to gold by the end of season. We made 2 or 3 bets, all of which I lost in September and/or October where the loser of the bet had to put flash on the D key until the loser reached the winners division. (we were both the same division at the time of making these bets)."

The bets overlapped and only the first bet I had to play my least played role so far (ADC) and after that we made it just switching summoners. Also, I hate ADC, I'm good at Jinx because she's a kite, poke, aoe, lategame teamfight God (which is good in lower elo). Anyone other than her and lucian (who I just picked up a month ago) I suck at.

I agree though, if I were a rioter it would seem very fishy, however this is not even what triggered the alarm because in late October there was a banwave that hit all the people boosting at end of season. I really do regret making that bet now that this happened (bet was who could eat the most suicide wings in one go) but it seemed like a good way to motivate us and make us overall better players by making us more competitive and better at the roles we hate.
