My account was suspended without warning or explanation.

Today when I attempted to log in I was greeted with the message "This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details." I did check my e-mail, and there was no contact from Riot. So not only was my account suspended, but I have no idea why, and contacting support only yielded a message that volumes are high and it would be a while. I've never in my life played a game where I've been banned and not given a reason.

The only thing I've done that might have gotten me banned is pretty simple - I'm an asshole. But I've never received a chat ban, I've never received a temporary suspension, I've never used a third-party program, and I've never shared my account. Additionally, the message didn't mention anything about a Tribunal punishment. Is this a new thing, just punishing people out of nowhere and then not even telling them why?

Please read my post before telling me to submit a ticket. I did. And I posted in the support forum. Who knows when my ticket will be answered and my post in the support forum was deleted. I didn't post here because why would I? I have no indication that this punishment was issued for behavior because I have no indication that this was even a punishment.
