Permabanned for calling out another players AFK threat... Is this a joke?

It was about 5 minute into the game. Gangplank top complained that he was going to afk if he didnt get a gank and I told him to calm down. He spent the rest of the game trolling not participating in fights and then reports me afterwards and I get banned. Wtf is wrong with your system?

Egging people on is, I would say, the polar opposite of trying to calm him down...

GP is G4 the Swain who stomped him was D5. He was outclassed from minute one, needed help and was frustrated. Rather than ignoring it (you were support, he wasn't asking for a gank from you) you decided to go off on him and constantly insult him and basically try to tilt him harder. Also you are less than 2 months off of your last ban, all this is is an upgrade from your last ban.

Didn't realize I had to coddle a player that says "If I dont get a gank i'm going to afk". This system is a joke lol, I have improved my behavior but because of past bans something simple is able to warrant a permaban.

You don't, ignoring people isn't coddling them. If they are legit trolling, you are giving them exactly what they want and they will get you banned. If they are just tilting you are shooting your own team in the foot. Neither of this things benefit you.

Clearly you haven't if you are still regularly garnering reports and behaving like this. If you genuinely reform you can drop down the tier list for punishments. You never dropped down, so the question isn't "is this worth a permaban?" but rather "is this worth any punishment?" and the answer is yes, it's very negative, it's not constructive and it's a hindrance to your teams performance.

Right, and I'm curious why I didn't drop down considering that I went from level 0 honor after my ban to level 1 honor and was still getting honored afterwards. Thats such BS because I typically get at least 1-2 honors a game. I've been playing since season 1 and the punishments have gotten way too severe over the past two months.

Honor is completely independent from your reform period aside from the fact that both get reset after a punishment.

You getting permabanned for this is redic. I honestly think anyone getting banned for most anything they say is also redic. I find it all funny, you don't like it mute it. Riot Games has turned into one of those universities that basically shutdown because a bunch of SJW's running the place now.

Okay, something that needs to be clarified... when you get to the last punishment tier (i.e. permaban) you don't get permbanned solely because of the action that happens in the matches that are on your reform card. You get permabanned because of the pattern of consistent negative behavior. It actually takes less in terms of behavioral infractions to go from a 14 day suspension to a permaban than it does to go from never being punished to your first chat restriction. It's because if a player hasn't learned the lesson by that point, then there isn't much else Riot can do to encourage them to change, and they move on to limiting the damage that player does to other players in the game.

There doesn't really appear to be anything in the second match. I'm not sure why you were reported in it, honestly. But in the first match, you do spend quite a while complaining about the Gangplank. Whether he was trolling or not is honestly irrelevant. If he is, then mute him, report him after the match and move on. It does not require a constant tirade against him in team or all chat, and when you do that, you are no longer just the victim of a troll, you become a player who is harassing a teammate. Frustration is not against the rules. Retaliation is.

But I was already punished for my previous toxicity. I've since played tons of games and my honor has increased, meaning these two games warranting me a permaban is a little absurd.

You were punished for them, but that doesn't reset you back to a clean slate. When you were given your 14 day suspension, the reform card that accompanied it should have specifically entailed that your next punishment would be a permanent suspension of the account if your behavior did not improve significantly. At the 14 day suspension tier, any viable report can result in a permanent suspension of the account. It does not have to be an infraction that by itself would be worthy of a permaban. Think of it as basically being on your last chance. One more mistake, any mistake, and it's over.

Honor increasing is not quite an accurate gauge. Your honor increases any time you are not in a punishment and playing matches. You don't even have to be honored in your matches to increase in honor, and you get extra honor if everyone in your match honors someone. So, if you are playing a ton of matches, then yes, your honor level will increase, but that doesn't mean that you are necessarily moving into a more "positive" behavior. You only lose honor when you are given a punishment by the system, not at reports.

It's not like a system were you can be toxic if you don't mind getting banned or chat restricted after... It's designed reform you which it seems like you haven't.
