Korean player's opinion about NA server

Like really. So many toxic players in this community. I've been getting flamed by 4 man premade queue, getting afk teammates, toxic teammates, and etc. (My English isn't good since I'm a International Student from Korea.) I reported them, and they don't get any punishments. I even took a screenshot of it, and sent a ticket to Riot Games Support, and all they said was "There is a thing called a report button you can use after a game" I'm not even mad. I can't even... Korean players are really toxic, they ask you about your mom(Ex : Is your mom dead or alive, your mom is a whore) Anyways, back to topic. I've got matched with toxic players in like 15 games out of 20, I reported them, they didn't get restricted or banned or anything, and when I reply to them with few bad words, I get a restricted chat. What the hell is this? 라이엇 관계자분들... 일해주시죠. 이대로 가다간 스타크래프트 꼴납니다.

It's not about replying with bad words, it's about replying with disrespect. We're here to play a game, not argue with people we've never met. To put it simply if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all, otherwise the automated punishment system's about to be real friendly with you.

As a side note though your English is not bad at all.

How do you know if they get a chat restriction of not?

Up until recently, the notification system only told you they were punished if your report was the last straw that resulted in their punishment. Although there is a Riot quote suggesting this has changed, Im not sure to what extent. It is still a good idea to not expect every report to receive a notification. (It doesn't mean they aren't punished, just that you are not always informed about it)

Thats an odd response. Is that verbatim, or are you paraphrasing? Most Riot quotes Ive read indicate that Riot is receptive to reporting through the ticket system.
