Need help with a permaban!

Hello dudes,

i wanted to log in to my account. Than i got shown that my account was permabanned. At least i dont know why that had happened. I havent been punished before (no chatrestriction, weekban or anything like that). I tried to submit that to the support but got no answer for at least one week. I havent got the mail they said which complains why i should be banned. So could you help me with that kind of problem or do you have any expierences with those bans.

uh..pretty much the only thing you can do is wait for them to look at your ticket

The problem is that i heavent got a ticket or any explaination why i got banned.. i ve written for 4 times and got no answer for more than a week :(

If you are saying that you are commenting on the same ticket, that is why you aren't getting an answer; every time you bump the ticket it goes to the back of the queue. Be patient and they will answer in a few days.

The problem is that i never recieved the mail which explain the reason of my ban.. And no i didnt use the same ticket number cause i wrote the mails similar from mailaccount..

Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue may delay the process just the same.

I'm a bit confused as to what you said you've already done. Did you submit a ticket through the player support page, or did you send an email directly to them? Are you doing an account recovery ticket? (that would require you to log out of the support site and correspond through email)

Yeah so i know him irl and i just told him to post it here after he explained his case to me. Since it was the only answer i could give him if supp doesn't answer. Usually you get a "conformation" mail with infos of why your account has been suspended and he didn'T even receive that mail... And he pretty much skipped three ban phases to immediate permban which is kinda odd.

It was probably for a chargeback although the site is down right now you can check later or tomorrow to see if you have an amount due. repay.leagueoflegends.com

You will be banned for no reason at all. Riot does not care about you or what others say to you. They have clearly proven this throughout the way they have handled the reporting system in the past 18 months. Guess having a bot that bans you for saying the words Fuck, shit, piss, bitch, (words that riot thinks is worse than killing someone F***** and N***** Wonder what i'm censoring) wasnt injustice enough, they had to go ahead and brainwash the community to think that saying one of these is toxic. Just uninstall. This game is nothing but a waste of time and money. I would recommend playing a group game with friends. You will have a lot more fun. I recommend something like borderlands, don't starve, terraria, and even minecraft (yes i know). those games will not stress and rage induce you to the point where you want to rip someones throat out.

1/ If you were permabanned, I suggest you post the 10-12 game chatlogs you received so other Summoners can see if you were punished "for no reason at all". Nobody is banned for no reason. I imagine you got 10 chat restriction, 25 chat restriction, 2week ban and permaban? 2/ You should Google "machine learning" because bot doesn't mean flawed or incorrect. Players are the ones feeding the algorithm with their reports, meaning the Community decides what is acceptable or not. The volume of big data makes the tool as accurate as possible.
