I dont feel its justified at all.. im posting chat logs and the kid I was talking to straight up called me "retard, trash,loser" and even went as far as telling me to kill myself in one case.. I did nothing but defend myself and range a little.. I called no names but "noob" and now im perma band..(Yes I did mute him to which point his duo started telling me these things instead)

Just wanna get some feed back on if this is a normal thing...because its not very often I do this and when I do its purely responsive and never attking the other person..

I was trying my best to not say anything well being called every name in the book over and over.. I usaly work well with others and have a pritty high win rate.. Infact I dident even start running into this kinda shit untill I played ranked.. Had my acount for over 2 years and never had a problem untill ranked.. I do want my acount back and tho I made a mistake I do not feel this is enough to be perma band.. as where the person who I was fighting with is still playing the game (I have a freind add him) he was about 100x more toxic then me but he still gets to play and I get perma band? Thats fair summoner 11

This is the first one I've seen in a while where there's no indication that you should have been banned for this game. There's some impolite cross-team chat but it doesn't seem to be over the line.

However, it's possible that other games contributed to the permaban and were not included in the reform card that you received. It might have been a justified ban but they just included a very mild game as evidence.

I would recommend waiting a bit for more people to respond, then open a ticket with a link to this thread. If you politely point out that the thread has a lot of positive votes and the majority of the community doesn't see evidence for a ban here, they may take a closer look. This doesn't mean that the account will be restored; they may just give you more information on the circumstances surrounding their decision. But it is worth a shot.

Being overtly toxic with curses? no, Being constantly passive-agressive and condecending? yep

And it wasn't just this ONE game that did you in. You do understand that there are MANY other games that need to be reported for you to even be seen. You do understand that when an account has gotten to the point that they are flagged for review for a perma-ban that Riot does it by hand to make sure it's needed. They send you a few games for examples as to why you are being punished (This being only one, I'm very sure they sent you others that you won't show). Then action is taken on the account.

If the previous 3 punishments didn't get it through your head that there is something wrong with the way you were acting, then you are deserving a punishment.

I don't use offensive or inflammatory words rather then choose my use of words in an intelligent manner to insult without being insulting. Surely the person that out right called me a stupid n*****r is allowed to play for whatever reason though =)

You are not screaming curses at people but you are still being negative. Riot has stated over and over again that constant negative behavior is punishable.

These are all toxic and negative as they are direct insults...

Pretty sure you asking other people to report someone is a report-able offense.

This is 1 game, they don't send you everything you have ever done wrong. You have probably been punished before this right? I see a lot of people claiming they were perma-banned for no reason but then a helpful Rioter always comes by to enlighten everyone to the truth.

OP, can you post a screenshot or a link to your reform card? I just want to verify that the logs weren't scrubbed in any way.

I see you being passive-aggressive in the game from your reform card that you showed us. I also see you calling for reports near the end of it as well. While not the worst game I've seen (in fact it's actually pretty tame compared to others that I've seen), I'd still say that it was worth a punishment. Keep in mind that you aren't punished for just one game unless it's severe enough to warrant such a punishment. No, you were punished for showing consistent negativity across multiple games, and considering the fact that you say it had been 3 days since your 2-week ban ended, that gives Riot the impression that you never actually had any intentions of reforming and would rather continue to be negative and harass other players in-game.

Permanent bans are always handed out manually by a Riot employee, who goes through your account to determine whether or not a permanent ban is needed for it. It should also be stated that retaliation is never okay, as you force your teammates to deal with at least 2 ragers (you+the original) instead of just one. If you still feel it was unjust then feel free to open up a Support Ticket about it. Just know though that unless it was an error made on their part, permanent bans are never undone.

Yea. Basically, it only took you three days to be pretty negative again. There's no chat restrictions after 14Day only a permabanned.
