Permabanned while Suspended

I played on my main today and now I will admit I was a bit upset, and said things I said due to being frustrated and angry, but after the second game I got a message saying I was temporarily suspended for 14 days. I said fair enough and then I logged off. I logged back on just to make sure everything was right and then I received the message saying I was permabanned. I can't understand considering it was the only warning I have ever received in this game and I was just immediately permabanned. It has not even been the first day since the temp ban and I have been banned. It really sucks and I understand I should be punished but I believe it can't be as immediate as that. I have been playing for almost 4 years and I had never done anything and after one frustrated session a swift perma does not seem fair.

This happens when you receive a 14 day suspension during a game, and that game you were playing was toxic enough to merit another punishment. Depending on the circumstance, you may have the punishment reduced if you explain that you did not even serve your 14 day ban before you were permanently suspended.

I have no sympathy for these flamers at all. They sit in chat and harass teammates constantly somehow thinking it's going to help in someway or they are too stupid to realize it just makes people play worse. It kills me when it's in normals too. You deserve your ban.

In addition to what Chermorg stated, I think another possibility would be if a manual review was done after being banned and they decided on an escalation. Either way, contacting support would clear things up.

you said you played 2 tilted games right?

what if the first one netted you the 14 day ban, and the next was enough to bump it up to perma?

if you get a permaban, you most likely have gotten warnings before. Or, you must have been REALLY bad in chat. Maybe learn to not be a keyboard warrior. What does anything you type really prove anyway? Keyboard warriors just come off sad to me. Desperately trying to portray an image... but really at the core its about their fragile ego

Just post your chat logs, man. There's no reason for people to spectate on this. There are key words/phrases that get you perma'd no matter what, among other things.

There are some things that can give you a perma ban without any warnings. Racial slurs, homophobic comments and some some other things can do that.
