Unintentional Perma Suspension

I have gotten perma suspended for using 3rd party programs or hacks as some people may call it. I do not use any 3rd party programs so this frustrates me a bit. Ive already made a ticket about this already but it is taking a few days for riot to respond. So I am in need of help recovering back my main account (JakeRetake) to its normal state. If any one can help me out that would be bodacious!

Did you ever share your account? Did you ever get it boosted? Did you buy your account?

You used third party programs. They have a detection system.

Ive never ever used 3rd parry programs before lol trust me if I was hacking I would atleast be plat.... but sadly im silver 5.... and the only person that goes on my account is me and only me! never shared my account info with anyone before. This account was never bought, only made and never got boosted...
