I have gotten perma suspended for using 3rd party programs or hacks as some people may call it. I do not use any 3rd party programs so this frustrates me a bit. Ive already made a ticket about this already but it is taking a few days for riot to respond. So I am in need of help recovering back my main account (JakeRetake) to its normal state. If any one can help me out that would be bodacious!

Holyflygon1 votesno me and my friend use skype as a way to communicate in are games when we play together and one day he got kicked out of league for using 3rd party and everytime he tried to join back in he would get kicked. So i said close skype and lets see and once he did that he could join. I think the detection for 3rd party programs needs to be fixed so it doesnt kick you for using skype.

This account was never bought, only made and never got boosted...

Just remember you are dealing with a customer service that deals with a 10 million+ customer base. It is going to take time. Be polite. Be professional. Don't complain. Only mention pertinent information. Be specific.
