I Got a permanent ban?

Please Riot you have to be actually kidding me, i have been suspended before yes but i go permanently suspended for this? i wasn't racist like most of the people on this game? i got suspended before for so much more than when i try to be careful you give me a permanent ban? this is seriously just out of order i don't think that this deserves a permanent ban i have spent around 300 pounds on this game and i get permanently banned.
