What if I don't talk in chat not one message,but a premade reports me for being toxic on discord?
I mean, it happens.
I wanna know. Because I don't use chat and wanna be sure I don't get banned.

Riot does not get in the habit of regularly policing behavior outside its services. Unless there is some extreme behavior (far beyond simple toxic communications), they punish only for behavior on Riot services (the boards, in game, support tickets, etc).
Discord has its own rules/regulations regarding behavior on its services, and I am not familiar enough with their regulations to say whether you may fall afoul of their policies if you are toxic in Discord.
You're fine they ban off proof of toxicity from chat logs.
As long as you don't use chat nothing happens. Bait them into toxic behaviour if they're dumb enough to be toxic, and then report them afterwards. You will be the one laughing in the end.
Edit: nvm didn't read properly. I've never used discord before so idk.
It's just a false report. If u haven't chatted in chat and ur friend reports you for toxicity, there is nothing to violate you on.
