Hi , i got perma banned on my main account , my brother was playing and being a toxic player , it wasn't me , but , can i have 1 chance i know its hard but , I really have hopes. I had so much things on the account , spending 200$ money , hours and hours playing , i really love this game , i just want 1 chance please... I know I need to take care of my account but my brother decided to play in my account and do a toxic behavior , I really would like an answer , thanks.

Accountsharing would be a reason for permaban by itself. Besides that for a permaban for toxicity you would have had previous punishment, so you had your chances.
First of all, if you shared your account with your sibling willingly, then there's absolutely zero chance of it being unbanned. Account-sharing is strictly against the rules, and punishable by permanent ban.
Second; regardless of whether you were willing or not of your brother playing on your account, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own account. If your brother knew the password, change it. If they kept getting on, do something about it - have them make their own account - the game is free-to-play, after all.
And since your account is your responsibility, your inability to maintain its security is on you.
Sharing your account is, by itself, a permanent ban offense.
Nothing they can do. Your brother shouldn't have known the password to your account. It's specifically stated in the terms of use that any kind of account sharing is strictly forbidden and that in itself is punishable by a permaban.
Also the fact that your brother got you perma'd in one session means you almost definitely got a 14 day ban at some point, and before that there's a good chance there was a chat restrict or two.

Hello! Perm bans cannot be lifted. If you still enjoy the game you are more then welcome to create another one. You're lucky it wasn't IP Ban. Heh, We don't need to talk about that right now. I'm Sorry you got perm banned. but Create a new one and level that one up!

I was lucky, only time i ever came close to a perm ban was cause i used to be a chronic leaver, had 2, week long bans back to back, since then only time ive left games is when my internet would cause me to be more of a hindrance then a help.

What if he left it logged in or something and forgot since we are all human and not a single person is perfect. Hypothetical post here obv that prbly didn’t happen but what if it did? How would you treat that type of situation. Maybe his mom yelling at him or whatever’s idc I didn’t have league when was a kid XD
Oh, come on, the "brother excuse"? Be more creative. Maybe sister? Cousins? Your creepy next door neighbor maybe? Also, you had 4 chances already. How many more chances do you want? 6? 7?
