Can i get a Chat limit for myself due to frustrating games

I have these games late at night and my team either throwing or me having a bad performance , so i end up tilting and flaming , can i get a chat mute for myself instead of getting banned , i know not typing is easier said than done

Type in chat "/mute all" and it will mute everyone in the game. Easiest solution that allows you to not see anything anyone types. :)
