PERMA BAN: I believe that i was unfairly banned and want YOUR opinion on it!

A couple months ago i was banned for 14 days. I told someone i would slap him with my bible. It was a justified ban and i served my sentence. Now i have been banned again. First time ever (BTW!)... I believe that i have been unfairly banned and i will explain why within this thread. (EXCUSE MY ENGLISH BTW!)

Yes, i used vulgar language. For the first time in a while i didn't "/all mute" because i was playing solo queue and i wanted to communicate for once. I start feeding (Because i suck at the game) and was flamed upon by a teammate. For some odd reason i make the bad choice to start flaming back. I was being called a "troller" after dying multiple times. I responded with: "Beck: fuck you bitch. Beck: i will comeback. Beck: we win". I kept feeding though and was flamed even more upon. I kept getting baited into this meaningless banter. You (the reader) get where i'm going. Now, i think throwing arguments back and forth should be allowed within the chat, but not upright harassment. And i don't believe i was harassing anyone that didn't harass me back. Even though i used vulgar language, i believe it was within fair justified conditions.

After being called a "shit head troller" for 20 minutes i pulled the plug to my computer. I was bored, tired and i didn't see a single reason to stay. I'd rather go outside and enjoy the sun! Hours later, ready to play some of the good ol' league of legends, I come back to this mess of an automatic message. "You are among the 0.006% of League players negative enough to be permanently banned". What the hell?!? I believed in our victory!? I made passive-aggresive comments about us sucking?!? And i get perma banned?!? Anyways, i believe that even though i left the game and left the team to lose. I should only have receive like 10 games of low priority queues (Waiting 20 minutes). But i was instead permanently banned and now i can never play on this account again. :(

I have seen people get chat restricted multiple times, getting 2 weeks of ban and then permanent ban. They got multiple warnings and a perma ban was justified. But i was only given 2 weeks of ban and after that i was permabanned after 1 game and i believe that is unfair. I wasn't given enough chances and I believe that i was not aware of my behaviour. And as you can see (Down below), there is only one game of chatlog. Which is not a whole lot of evidence really.

Last but not least. I'm dissapointed that i can spend time and money on a game that's free and get locked out of my account. All i want is to climb the ladders of the rank board and have fun with a little banter here and there.

Some context to some of the chatlog

Saying "Beck: HAHA" kinda looks bad but here's the context. I got the top turret but was instantly oneshot by an enemy assassin. That's why i followed up with "Beck: you lose. Beck: in the end". Again i was just teasing the other player not harassing him.

Also, "Beck: nice gank %%%g. Beck: no. Beck: you die" was me trying create a scapegoat. In this case it was the jungler. That was childish and stupid. He was a nice guy though and asked if he could help me. But i realised that my lane was lost and he would die in the attempt.

Alsoso, "Beck: lol keep flaming %%%" was a desperate attempt to make the fellow player on my team stop flaming. But it obviously failed and it sounded kinda mean.

Have mercy upon my soul. And tell me your opinion down below! Also if a RIOT employee sees this, please give me another chance! I wanna to keep playing your game ;(

  • update - "Hate speech" or slurr words don't have the same impact where i come from in europe so please take this in to account when you decide! I have learned my lesson and will stop using these within the game.

Your behavior was bad, slurs tend to escalate the punishment, and you already had received the 14-day ban previously. I don't think there's any solid ground for you to argue against this ban.

The 14-day ban is considered the last chance and that you should be extra careful with your behavior for a long period of time. You exhausted that chance with the behavior in that game.

Yes, i used vulgar language.

You used worse than vulgar language -- you used hate speech. That earns a 14-day ban on the first offense, and can easily escalate an existing punishment to a permanent ban. There is a zero tolerance policy for this behavior, as it is completely inappropriate for a game.

It takes more than a few months for a 14-day ban to drop off to the point where this behavior wouldn't result in a permanent ban.

Pro-tip: if someone flames you, then insulting them or giving them any acknowledgement or attention for it is not going to make them stop, it's actually going to make them act even worse.
