racial slurs are nearly always punished pretty severely as long as you reported it under hate speech, he'll probably get punished

I do it from time to time. Problem is the game devolves into childish chatroom and you throw out any chance of winning. Usually I just tell people to mute each other.

You havent invested in any variety of runes... mastery pages are fairly wacked...

You have a decent win rate with a few champs. If you could work on your farming you will easily get out of bronze. Thats that main (game related, not raging etc) reason people stay bronze is they cant farm.
