Leaver Buster and /remake complaint

So. . . I got a 20 minute leaver buster because of a /remake. I'm not really mad about that, but it's pretty lame how they can still continue with the remake vote when you obviously reconnect into the game, which I was only gone because my game delayed the loading screen and after reaching 99% suddenly crashed. I'd be seriously ticked off if I got demoted afterwards, and I'm also unsure as to why my leaver buster is still so high even after it told me my leaver buster status reset. I felt the need to say something this time rather than dealing with the leaver timers and not making such a deal out of it. This is legit the 3rd time something like this has happened.
