Friendo got unrightfully banned

My friend (account name "huge donger") was recently banned with me. In the past he has been an exemplary follower of riot's terms and conditions involving user conduct and ingame law. He has been known to be goofy at times, but he has never gone out of his way to be harrassful and or disrespectful to any other summoners. After one game he was joking around in chat but i have to agree he may have been a little over the top. This however was one small game out of the hundreds he has played on his account. Shortly afterwards he received a permanent ban for his "actions". I write this as a plea to riot to unban my friend who has sunk so many hours and so much time and money into his favorite game League Of Legends. H has never received any sort of ban and i think its unfair to immediately permaban him like this, over joking with people in allchat.

I encourage your friend to post here for himself, and provide the chat logs he received in his reform card so that we can see what he actually said.

An immediate permanent ban for behavior is somewhat uncommon. Was it a behavioral ban specifically, rather than something like a 3rd party program ban? If so, did he get chat logs sent to him?

first step does it say account perma banned or suspended? second open a support ticket on the problem. third post a thread in PB&M if you get a robot.

He can get banned from the game, but not the boards.
