Is this really worth a ban?!

Back story: I log in today, after 14 day suspension (a story for another time), play my first game: all goes well, carry as ww jungle, am friendly in chat. I get 2 honors from my team-mates and then comes game 2: AS a Kha' jungler i gank the hell out of midlane proceeding to feed our Fizz who just explodes everyone, and then i decide to help botlane (ADC was flaming me and pinging me the whole time, leading to me muting him) that worked, as well as stealing 99% of the objectives (drake/baron/scuttle) - this leads to an extremely salty enemy Jax jungler who starts flaming me constantly and just harrases me throughout the game with verbal abuse. This leads to a loss for Jax's team through my out-jungling of his poor performance, and makes Jax very "upset" leading to him banning me. This SINGLE report from an enemy Jax leads to my account being banned after 2 games.

Now i ask Rito and the community, after reading the chat and knowing this, is my account ban worthy? Coming back from a 14day suspension, carrying my games, having honors, getting verbally abused by team-mates and enemy junglers and then MY account is banned?

TLDR: salty enemy jax harrases me and reports me leading to a ban.

Game 1 NNHS Rafiki: xd gj NNHS Rafiki: relax bru (ADC Jhin starts pinging to help after dying constantly while pushing excessively botlane) NNHS Rafiki: dont push too hard bot (this is when jax started being toxic and asked "why did you chase me" when i counter jungled him and killed him) NNHS Rafiki: easy kill NNHS Rafiki: oh so salty xD (Trundle pings me in botlane for not assisting when i had no mana and CD) NNHS Rafiki: yeah what do u want i had cd (ADC pings me again while im in jungle and he got caughty botlane by enemy jax, zed and ezreal) NNHS Rafiki: dont overstay man NNHS Rafiki: come on NNHS Rafiki: mate NNHS Rafiki: if you could not push all the time (ADC starts drake with me being in base, the whole enemy team goes to drake, i move towards drake and manage to steal vs 4 enemy players) NNHS Rafiki: you guys are lucky im good NNHS Rafiki: because this adc is not (again ADC keeps pinging) NNHS Rafiki: stop pinging the whole time NNHS Rafiki: and focus NNHS Rafiki: jesus. I mean seriously i get banned with the words: "your in game comms were found to be extremely inflammatory and offensive"

NNHS Rafiki: you guys are lucky im good NNHS Rafiki: because this adc is not NNHS Rafiki: thats how u do it noob NNHS Rafiki: cos you're bad NNHS Rafiki: enjoy your reports NNHS Rafiki: too bad you can't smite NNHS Rafiki: go learn in normals NNHS Rafiki: vs bots NNHS Rafiki: haha stay hard stuck NNHS Rafiki: Im so sorry for you guys, you have a jungler that can't jungle xDD can't even smite hahahah NNHS Rafiki: poor team these were the only toxic chats i saw but it is enough due to the fact that it's throwing out insults in general, plus i saw a post about a week ago about a guy that got perma'd even though the only toxic thing he said was "moron" so riot really doesn't look for any context but just toxicity in general if this was a first offense then it'd be a chat restriction but since it was only 2 games in after your 14 day ban it shows that you somewhat cant keep a calm mind and its justified (in my own opinion riot should look for actual toxicity instead of little insults like noob and stuff like that)

OK, I'll be as objective as possible. This chat log alone, with no prior offenses, should not get you punished. Not even chat restricted. It's not nice when you say stuff like:

But it's nowhere near common league toxicity.

BUT... and here's the big BUT! You had a 2 week ban. Which means the ice you're standing on is so thin, you accidentally fart and you break through. It's like Sauron's eye is watching you 24/7 now. What that means is, you're not supposed to be just 'below average league toxicity'. No, it means you should be on your best behavior. And let's be honest: This chat log does certainly not show you from your best behavior, agreed?

Sorry to say, but the ban seems justified. :/

I didn't pick a vote because this is a mayube for me. Although the stuff you did say could be considered toxic, I think this was a stupid ban, especially afyer 2 games. I would literally just /mute all and not talk to anyone and let them drown in silence and lose their mind. It's kinda fun tbh

But no, I dont think you should have been banned, but I can see where you did get banned.

It seems like this was likely towards the enemy but I believe you completely crossed the line on what was acceptable trash talk. You mentioned that you were recently off a 14-day ban. You probably should have refrained from all bad behavior, not just against your allies.
