Dear riot i have recently been permanently banned and i take full responsibility for my actions i realize that too receive such a punishment is not a one time thing and you only get too that level through a recurring event of toxicity and flaming. I do acknowledge this but as a player who has supported riot since season 1 and has been playing competitively in ranked since season 2 and have bought Riot points too a unhealthy amount, Could you please respond back too me and try too work something out with me. I'm not asking too be unbanned because of the money i have spent on the game i deserve the ban but i plead that i can have maybe one more chance too correct my behavior or if i could somehow be permanently muted just so i can at least still enjoy the game but not effect the community. I promise that if given a second chance i will no longer be a negative effect on the League of Legends community and would be extremely grateful for the second opportunity. Even though i have listed an option such as a Permanent Mute, I Strongly believe that if mercy would be shown on me that i would never receive another report again. Please Riot i do not deserve a Second chance but if given the opportunity i will change and never be toxic again too a single person no matter the circumstance of the situation i sincerely Apologize too everyone on behalf of my actions. Please at least give feedback i know actions speak louder then words so Please let me prove that what i said is true and that even the most toxic people can change.

Im making a secondary account and my goal is too prove i can have positive impact on the community and not someone who will lash out on people for doing poorly or just being toxic in general all of these things i have stated up top about money and time into the game are truly irrelevant the only thing i can do now is make another account and still enjoy the game and hope that if my behavior is more then except able that riot will re discuss this perma ban that has been rightfully placed on me Thank you anyone who is reading this i appreciate the time you have put into looking at this discussion and will reply too everyone the best i can.

I understand Summoner and your right i probably will never be given the second chance and i have stated i dont deserve it this was a last result option there was nothing else i could do and i will except my punishment based off my actions but im hoping that atleast an administrator will respond and give a little more feedback i have one more question if i were too make a new account can i atleast be refunded the Rp i have spent on the game over the years? This is going too decide if i continue playing league of legends or not i have invested so much money into the game and too lose that forever is like being robbed too a degree. And i dont mean too come off aggressive or toxic about the riot points but im just stating my opinion and thoughts on the matter. Thank you for your response though.

I get it you have left your feedback already im simply stating options cause im waiting for someone who works for Riot too respond And i have already told you that you are 100% right but i have too try and do something if i just quit without even saying anything on the forum then i would be a quitter and i have great work ethic in life and im a motivated person i never give up until someone higher up says something.

if you want rioter's response.

send in a support ticket, and get it elevated so behavior specialists can have a chat with you.

Then again, actions are louder than words. make sure you can prove what you claim to them.

I have gone too the support and sent in a ticket no responses yet im keeping my fingers crossed i appreciate you taking the time too respond im not sure how i can truly prove that what im saying is true until i make a secondary account and prove that i can behave properly. Thanks.

So what your saying is other people have brought up what im imposing? But they are not able too really change and reform and honestly i think that is probably common but i am determined too change and hopefully get my main account back that i have had since 2010 :).

After looking at that link you have posted that is indeed quiet hilarious that dude clearly is having a temper tantrum throughout this whole time of perma ban i have not lost my composure and am trying too take fault for my actions and im making a new account now i will state my new account once creation is complete i appreciate your time for responding Kei143. I dont think i have showed similar actions as that guy you have posted but if i have please let me know i will take any criticism i can get even if its negative and completely against me everything happens for a reason and i did bring this apon myself Thank you

Reaper Review, like you was permabanned.

Through his forum posts, he appears to have reformed considerably and is doing well in leveling his new account.

He is ahead of you in the curve, so if he gets good news, then you can use him as an example that good news may be heading your way as well. But currently, he is in his own battle.

What this guy said. Though my circumstances for being banned were a bit different than getting angry at other players.

My end goal is to prove that it's very much possible to reform at this point. In fact, it's arguably more realistic seeing as an indefinite ban's the only punishment with any kind of weight to it. (I want to call it indefinite instead of permanent because I feel that's how it should be. Indefinite until a user has proven they've learned from their faults and grown as a person. Personal development is what the reform system wants, after all.)

I just wish more people would catch on to my line of thinking. Until they do, though, the current system's rigidness remains justified.

(I must have some sort of sixth sense for knowing when people talk about me. I just happened to refresh the page and saw this comment.)

From my understanding you were perma banned just like me and are trying reform them self too become a better player and not hold a negative impact on the community i look up too you for doing this and i hope my journey will be as positive as yours Good luck Summoner and thank you for taking the time too comment on my post.

He was once perma banned and is now unbanned or is he still undergoing reform? I am about too start my journey of reform thats good too hear that other people are trying too better themselves too and it helps my case that if more then just my self can change maybe riot will reconsider punishments if people really prove themselves worthy of it. Thanks Kei143 u have been the most helpful person too have commented on my post so forth and i appreciate what you have had too say and i hope that you keep an eye on my posts cause i will be updating frequently especially when my new account is made and so forth.

Your time for a second chance was when you were given the warnings and timed bans, not with the ultimate punishment that is the permanent ban, that one means you're past your second chance now.

People often forget that.

I know your right but im not asking for immediate unban and for it too just be handed too me. Im saying i will go through great measures such as making a secondary account and playing on it for a year or possibly more and if i receive good behavior may i be given what you would consider a "Third Chance".

more like 5th chance.

1st chance is without any suspension/restriction 2nd chance is after your 10 game chat restriction 3rd chance is after your 25 game chat restriction 4th/final chance is after your 14 day ban

you probably had more than that considering you've been playing for so long, and these restrictions were made just over a year ago.

I appreciate your time you put into commenting im aware of how the system works and i feel like you only commented too attack me and that in its own form in my opinion is toxic for someone too comment just too say oh well it wasn't three chances it was 5. why i think this is because when i have people telling me about how many chances i have gotten and one says two chances another one says third and now your commenting saying fifth, but i feel like your comment could have been done without, Im sorry if this is coming off as toxic im just giving me two cents in the matter. i appreciate you commenting anyway im just looking for more then 1 answer if everyone just comes too comment saying the same thing it becomes irrelevant im aware of what i have done and how many times i have been given but even in current day times if someone commits a crime they usually dont learn till its too late and there locked away in jail/prison whatever the case may be and in this form Perma ban is being Jail/Prison people get sentenced too life for murdering people and then let out after 20 years im just saying that i have done nothing remotely close too the severity of that and i understand its a game and i cant expect people too believe i have changed when my ban has only just happened recently but thats why im stressing for a second chance or a shorter term and im willing too do whatever is necessary too try and achieve this goal my only way i can show that im sorry for my actions and too prove i can change even though i was toxic and the ban was well deserved is too make a secondary account and prove that anyone can change if they really want too and i truly do this game was a way for me too relax after work and sometimes after a stressful day i admit i would look for arguments and take out my anger on people or snap out of no where these are things im trying too work on.

the fact that you think that was an attack on you, simply shows what you perceive a simple criticism where I just mentioned how many chances you've actually had, shows why you got banned in the first place, where you probably blow things out of proportion.

you were jailed/suspended/restricted many times prior to being "jailed for life" so I don't see it as being too severe at all.

post your chat logs, I'd be curious to see why you're trying to defend.

Showing reform isn't just about apologizing and saying you can do better. You need to understand why you said the things you did, and know how you can prevent yourself from being set off by other people.

That's only my most recent thread; I've been here for a little over a month now, reaching out to other players and sharing my experiences, as well as what I've learned about myself from them.

Reform isn't easy, and if you go in thinking it will be, you're setting yourself up to fail. I spent a month after my ban sorting everything out and coming to terms with it before I began my efforts on the forums.

But i have not defended myself at all Summoner i know why i did those things i even stated that sometimes i would come home from work hostile and play and take my hostility out on players i have never said once that i was not guilty and that the ban was not well deserved and i didnt say i was expecting a hand out and for them too be like oh this guy learned his lesson un ban him i made this post too try and talk too community for help so that while i reform they can see i have changed and also so that someone who is a MOD for Riot too hopefully see this i have just made my secondary account and i am just beginning for reform now i have even stated that i was so confident in myself too change for the greater good of the community and myself that i stated i would never even receive one report on my new account that i have made and i asked if good behavior was shown for a time amount of a year could i perhaps be given what i like too call a second trial i have apologized and said i can do better cause that is the first step too getting towards this goal admitting the problem and as far as what caused these problems i caused this too happen nobody else is at fault and i even said that the ban was well deserved i dont know what more i can do too prove it too you till i make further progress on this other account and time goes by too prove what i said was meant and is true.

See...the thing is, is that you had plenty of chances to fix your behavior previously. You didn't. You don't deserve to have anything worked out between yourself and Riot. Unless the ban was a mistake (which in this case, I greatly doubt) you're not getting unbanned. If you choose to join us on the rift again anytime soon, remember this.

Your right thanks for feedback but i dont know if i can except a 2,000$ lose over the 6 years of playing. And still find a way too come back and still enjoy the game plus i wouldnt be able too play ranked till summoner level 30 and ranked was all i played. Thanks for the reply KoKo

Also another thing that i have thought of is if i make another account and play for a whole season and do not receive negative reviews or reports can i perhaps be unbanned on my old account due too good behavior If i show that change can be made?

They used to have a program like this, where a permabanned player could level a new account to 20 and get their main back if they proved they rerformed; however, the success rate was so abysmally low that they scrapped it. Nearly all those players would immediately return to being toxic on their main, or get banned on the smurf before it even got to 20.

As for transferring your RP or content to a new account, they don't do that either. All content is attached to the account and cannot be moved; once you get permabanned it's gone forever. Riot will not remove a punishment unless it was done in error.

Thanks for taking the time on responding i have come too a realization that im stuck with the hand im dealt im gonna make a Secondary account which i will drop the name of when im done creating and im hoping that possibly over a years time or 8 months if i have a clean record and perhaps even have been honored and show the community i can control my actions and not get tilted or lash out on people that hopefully A Riot Mod will maybe reevaluate my permanent ban.

i do want too continue playing but i know i will not return too being toxic and if i make a smurf i know he will not receive any reports i wish riot would give one more chance im not like other people i know when too correct myself i was recently banned 14 days about month ago i took a break from the game for 2 weeks and came back and then unfortunately didn't control myself enough when i was queued with a trio who was flaming me which didn't help my cause but i handed it unprofessionally.

but they gave you so many chances. you get a ton of warnings before you ever get a real punishment. if you keep on with whatever you were doing your punishments increase. A Permaban is the last resort after you have proven over and over again that you are not willing to change your behavior.

At some point there has to be a cutoff line, otherwise all the warnings and punishments are completely meaningless.

There is no back from a permaban. All permabans are reviewed by a person before being instated.

You have lost your account as a consequence of your behavior. There is no back button.

You make a strong point that there does have too be a cutoff line but at the same time were all human beings and its a game i have caused no physical or mental harm too anyone too my knowing i have called people bad and said gg after a player or two has had a bad game and that was not right of me but there has too be forgiveness too somewhere, at least i believe that there should be forgiveness if the person really reforms just my personal opinion and im not saying that because i am permanently banned im saying it as someone who truly believes that i appreciate your time you have put into commenting and thank you for wishing me good luck on my journey on my new account Good luck too you Summoner.

you don't know though. we don't know either. you have not posted your chatlogs.

you actually might have caused mental harm, maybe even physical harm as a result of mental harm.

I know one thing from experience though (i've been playing since season 2 and have been on the boards for the same time) no permaban that was not erroneously given has ever been lifted. it does not matter how well you reformed.

incarnatiOn (now C9 Jensen) completely reformed after his Permaban, but he did not get his accounts back. he also had to start from scratch once his competitive ban was lifted.

I know you foster hope that you will be the ONE exception.

There is no hope for that. you will not get your account back. There has been no precedent of a justified permaban ever being revoked. Accept that your account is gone and move on.

I am moving forward about the scenario and i do know i have caused no physical form due too it being a computer game it is impossible as for mentally if i have hurt someone mentally i truly apologize too them i have never been racist or told anyone too kill themselves i was toxic by harassing my team when they had bad games and i acknowledge this but by me not trying too atleast make an attempt too get my account back and trying too prove that i am making a change because i grew up were people dont get anywhere unless they try the world is not there too give hand outs you have too prove yourself and take actions i do disagree with one of your statements because i do know some people have been un banned before its a very select few and its a timely process and im not just trying too bullshit my way too getting my account back i truly wanna make a change for the better so i can enjoy the game too the fullest extent thank you for your comment and time you have given me i appreciate it a lot.

I've tried consistently showing reform, demonstrating it in every way I can, and it's gotten me nothing. I'm physically and mentally exhausted at this point, and I'm literally NO better off than anyone else.

Just give up on your account and make a new one if you want to continue enjoying League. Maybe you can put up with the pre-30 grind better than I can.

Don't give up hope....riot was acquired by a company in china.....if they see the potential to make money from selling back perma banned accounts or something....they may demand riot do it at some point.

This is a game for us but at the end of the day for riot (or w/e company owns it) its all about the $$$$$$$.
