I've been playing since season 1, invested alot into this game... and I'm being banned??

I've been playing league since season 1, and been quite a loyal player. I've always been a positive player and I've invested hundred of dollars into this game. Now apparently I can't play for 14 days?? Because I "fed intentionally" for 1 game? We all have bad games. I played new the malzahar for my first time in normals and got camped. I realize now I'm bad at this new version of the champion, but seriously riot. Please remove this 14 day ban as it is very bizarre and uncalled for. I'd hate to be turned off this game because of this situation, and hope you can swiftly rectify it. If not, please refund my the money I've invested because I'm not satisfied with your product Riot. Ban people who repeatedly troll, not someone who's been playing since season 1 and has one bad game. Thank you very much.

You went 1/15/0 and bought 5 tears. I'm very curious how that's not intentional

It doesn't matter how much time or money you've spent on the game, you cannot buy special exemptions from the rules; if you are ruining the game for others, Riot does not want you. You will not be refunded because the content you paid for was already delivered and you attached it to an account that Riot owns (read the ToS). This is only a 14 day, so you can pout, or you can suck it up and take responsibility and reform so you don't lose the account permanently.

You should link the match, because all we can see is a 1-15-0 game in which you bought 5 tears.

Dude, Rengar camped the heck out of me. He tower dove me every time I came back to lane. He ended 13/0/7. I don't want sympathy, I want my account!
