I've been playing since season 1, invested alot into this game... and I'm being banned??

I've been playing league since season 1, and been quite a loyal player. I've always been a positive player and I've invested hundred of dollars into this game. Now apparently I can't play for 14 days?? Because I "fed intentionally" for 1 game? We all have bad games. I played new the malzahar for my first time in normals and got camped. I realize now I'm bad at this new version of the champion, but seriously riot. Please remove this 14 day ban as it is very bizarre and uncalled for. I'd hate to be turned off this game because of this situation, and hope you can swiftly rectify it. If not, please refund my the money I've invested because I'm not satisfied with your product Riot. Ban people who repeatedly troll, not someone who's been playing since season 1 and has one bad game. Thank you very much.

You went 1/15/0 and bought 5 tears. I'm very curious how that's not intentional

As I said, I didn't play well that game. I bought the tears at the end of the game obviously because I was sad.

Avoid doing that in the future. I'd suggest trying to email player support, and explain what happened. I doubt they'll completely remove the ban, but they may shorten the duration.

Surely you can see why people thought it was intentional though, right? Having not seen the game I can't say what happened exactly, but I just don't see many ways you could die 15 dies, even with a bad game.

I mean, I can see why people would think that you're right. Good point. So you can either believe me or not, I guess I don't care. I'm just frustrated that after 6 seasons I'm getting a suspension. I'm not a toxic or feeding player. I was just trying out a new champ and got camped by a high level rengar and yasuo.

What if you had an ally who went 1/15/0 and then you push tab you see he only has tears? Wouldn't you report him? I understand the frustration but honestly you did it to yourself. Don't take a bad situation and make it worse.

I can understand selling all your items and buying tears as they are knocking down the nexus but you bought all those tears over 3 minutes before the end of the game. I would have reported you for trolling and intentionally feeding too.

It doesn't matter how much time or money you've spent on the game, you cannot buy special exemptions from the rules; if you are ruining the game for others, Riot does not want you. You will not be refunded because the content you paid for was already delivered and you attached it to an account that Riot owns (read the ToS). This is only a 14 day, so you can pout, or you can suck it up and take responsibility and reform so you don't lose the account permanently.

What I'm saying is that I'm not in need of reformation. I've been playing this game since season 1 without any bans. Something must be wrong with the system for banning me 14 days after I have one rough game.. I realize I cannot buy exemptions from the rules.. I'm just reminding Riot that I've supported them for 6 years now, and the least they could do is support me a bit.

No, there is nothing wrong with the system. Intentionally ruining the game for others is absolutely not allowed, and you did it in such an obvious way that of course you'd be caught. If you don't have any need to reform because this is the only time you'll do it, then you have nothing to worry about and you won't get permabanned.

You can't go out and shoot someone and say "Hey, I only did it once, it was a bad day". You'll still have to pay for the crime.

Would you mind sharing a picture of your build path from that last match?

I had a bad game, we all have bad games. But I'm never toxic and don't feed intentionally. This is all just very frustrating for me to have to explain but I hope I riot will remove this unjust suspension.

You just go into your match history on the site by either going to your profile (top right) and clicking on the match, or through the client clicking on the match in your match history and clicking the 'View on the Web' button. Then screenshot it and upload the picture somewhere and give us the link.

From here we can only see your score and end build, which looks like intentional feeding. It could be a misunderstanding which could be cleared up a little with the build path which will show when you bought what items (a picture of the deaths on the minimap couldn't hurt).

I'll just note that he probably wasn't banned for the Malz game that ended a couple hours ago. 2 days ago, he played Ryze and went 0/19/4. That's more likely the game that did it.

http://www.replay.gg/search/na/DrejMon to get the replay, have league open, copy the text from replay.gg, then paste it in a cmd prompt. It will give you a full replay of the game. It certainly was a bad game, but I don't think I would call it intentional feeding, just bad plays. Up until you sold your items and bought tears that is, those last three deaths I think could be considered intentional.

What happened in the previous 6 years is very different than what is happening now.

Do get updated with the new system / rules.

In the last 15 or so mins in the game, you died 12 times. That's almost once per minute. That's seriously barely enough time to spawn and get to the lane. I'm sorry to say, but being a plat ranked player playing against players lower level than you, I find it very hard to believe it was unintentional.

Obviously don't have the game footage to make a determination, but a death per minute is generally trolling in my book, ESPECIALLY from a plat player. I just can't believe that a plat level player wouldn't understand the concept of playing safe when behind. Playing safe isn't dying literally once per minute. Nobody else on your team had that issue.

Also, it's highly unlikely that you got punished for the Malz game that ended a couple hours ago. Bans generally aren't that quick, unless it's in response to racism, etc., where the automated system can get you. It's for more likely that you got punished for the 0/19/4 Ryze game a couple days ago.

What told you? Did you get in contact with the support team or get a reform card or something that you'd like to link?

Also, it doesn't matter that it was a first time champ. You might not know his abilities, but as a plat player, you should know that continually running into the enemy to die is wrong. Period. No sympathy from me Mr.

You see it as "just one game". But what you don't realize is that your "just one game" is also someone's ONLY game that they played that day, or multiple days, during a study break.

Dude, Rengar camped the heck out of me. He tower dove me every time I came back to lane. He ended 13/0/7. I don't want sympathy, I want my account!
