it's still fair to play with trolls

in one of their emails to me after closing my original account a riot player support specialist wrote this (We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment) when someone who didn't play the game see this at the first glance it will make huge sense but cmon we all know what this game is i am here to talk about the standards on which riot takes actions to suspend accounts on my original account and out or mere curiosity i tried some free scripts in a couple of normal games you can say i was just bored and trying to have some fun knowing that riot doesn't give s*** about normals but it turns out they do and they suspended my account forever because i broke the fair and competitive environment they are seeking. okay so the couple of normal games that i played with scripts that i barely found useful and it was so ineffective that no one even noticed did harm the fairness of the game a lot in riot's perspective but this :( http://matchhistory.eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/EUN1/1692395868/223888597?tab=overview ) didn't ? again its a normal game where no one gives a s*** about whats happening only this time there is a player who is really and in a very effective way breaking the fairness and comptetiveness of the game and giving the enemy team an advantage over our team. as you can see the nocturne player was trolling like hell, feeding all enemy team and having 0 item and all this for no reason !!!!! seriously nothing happened to make this guy troll, no fighting over lanes or taking kills or whatever stupid reasons people feed for nothing happened !!! . the game just started and he troll. now don't get me wrong i don't care about the normal game, its not my point i am rather talking about the standards of riot does it make sense to permanently suspend an account for a barely noticeable reason but you don't ban accounts for this !!! maybe i deserved my ban i am not going to argue this but this game is not fair not even close !! good people always lose because of bad teams and people who troll and riot doesn't care literally helping the enemy team to win is okay for riot, giving enemy team kills deliberately is not worth a permaban according to riot standards, according to riot its completely acceptable to play with some one who is trying his best to help the enemy team win the game and this guy won't be punished because its still fair to play with trolls just one last thing if guys at riot are working hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment then they are not doing their job
