Equal responsibility on pentalies

I come across a lot of self centered player's who type a lot of shit and never get in trouble they troll people they will stand there and do nothing to aid you nor anyone on your team they are complete scum bags. Yet day after day week after week they go unpunished and those that report them or quit a match cause they don't want to deal with them... Well they receive a punishment. If you are going to punish player's for not wanting to play with scum bag like that than give them a penalty as well. I don't mind going through one as long as they are. Right now though all these donkey faces aren't getting in trouble while everyone else is that doesn't want to play with them. that is wrong you are making player's who pay money to just sit there and take it. Hell no people don't pay money to have douche bags run ramped without any repercussions, while everyone else gets in trouble for leaving a match cause they don't want to deal with the bullshit.
