Getting the Salt Out of Your System

Every player has experienced a specific reaction under certain circumstances. For example, their jungler does not camp the enemy Nasus ; bot lane does not keep their wards up in the river, push hard, give their jungler or ADC the double, then complain about getting ganked; a teammate may say something unnecessary in all chat concerning their achievements in life and that the game, pardon my French, "sucks ass". When seeing these occurrences, players often contract what is know as "saltiness". It happens to the best of us. However, I have an easy 3-step process to desalinate yourself in case of high salt levels.

The Process

  1. Have a glass of water nearby, with ice cubes preferably.

  2. Make the room you are in slightly below room temperature.

  3. Wear loose and breathable clothing.

When you feel the salt rising, simply drink some of the ice cold water. You may be asking yourself, Twitch "Why should I trust this clear liquid to help me?" Well, whenever one gets irritated, like in the stressful situations described above, their body temperature increases to uncomfortable levels. The combination of the loose clothing with the below average temperature in the surrounding environment and the ice cold water will cause your body heat to back to a more comfortable area. This makes a person calmer and clears their mind, releasing the "salt" from their mind.

Next time you face any tilt-worthy situation (Ahem Ekko + item 3068+ item 3001 +item 3025 +etc. , or Leblanc /Fizz ), don't forget to drink upGragas and keep your coolitem 3110!

Lightly salted,

Alternatively, play Bard

I feel like its almost impossible to tilt while playing Bard, all of his sounds are super soothing and his play style is so lackadaisical and aloof
