It's possible the other person played clean and only went off on the OP in the private chat. Happened to me a couple months ago. The guy played clean, so I saw no reason not to accept his friend request. Then he started cursing me out. I figured, since he went out of his way to be offensive, I'd go out of mine to make sure he was reported in a support ticket.
I got an idea a few days ago (same day I decided to start browsing this board actually). Write down every name you report and when/if you get a feedback message. Try inviting the people on the list to see if any were banned. OR/AND come to the forums and see about any rage posts. Honestly makes me feel a ton better reading someones complaints about being banned rather than flaming them.
