Hello community, I come to you and ask what are my chances of getting unbanned, I was not aware that chat macros were also considered a 3rd party program. I usually used macros such as:

/all GGGGGG

/all GG GG

/all GG

/all GG

/all GG GGGG

/all GG GG

/all GG GG

/all GGGGGGG

Or just some little phrases to lighten my mood. And if people didn't like it I stopped doing it. It says that I had a tool to gain an advantage over other players, but not going to lie I've played this game for so long and I'm pretty bad at it and I only play for fun, I am bronze 3. I assume it's the macros because that's the only thing I can think of that can be considered something that is 3rd party. I have spent over $700 on my account buying skins, champs, and all sorts of stuff. I was banned for a reason, but I really didn't mean to cause any actual harm. I like the game and I enjoy it reasoning why I have spent so much money on it. This is actually very sad to see because my last game was 5 days ago and I've been craving to play a match today but to my surprise I was banned. Is there anywhere I can write a ticket for this? because I checked and there is not ticket option for appealing bans. Thank you for reading.

I see nothing but spam you kinda got reported for that.

Money and time spent have nothing to do with punishments (luckily for fairness' sake).

Send the ticket under "I have a question about League of Legends" or "I would like help with account management or changes" and write in the subject line that you'd like to discuss your account's suspension. Once you get a reply, ask to be escalated to a player behaviour specialist and then you can talk 1:1 with someone about it.

Tbh idk if it'll change anything, you were using macros and that's listed as punishable in the ToS (that nobody seems to read). It's still worth a try though.

An Update: Thank you for those who gave out helpful comments on my situation, the support team has double checked and confirmed that I tested for a false positive, so my account has been unbanned. I'm so happy :), now I'll just try to get out of bronze.
