Disconnecting

Just a question really. I got 2 week'd back in like.. Season 6 or 7 or something because I was toxic. And have since improved. Over the past few weeks, the northern bridge on my Motherboard is failing so sometimes I bluescreen, and just recently tonight my ISP Spectrum is apparently doing maintenance and I got disconnected twice. How is this going to work out for me? If anything, I'm the last person to want to quit when it comes to games. Let alone want to leave a game. I think that's petty.

The most you'd get is a leaverbuster penalty (which is making you wait from 5-20 minutes each time you queue up for 5 games). If you're worried about being banned, the leaverbuster cannot permaban you.

Alright. I never actually purposely leave games, and ironically it's generally whenever it's a landslide victory that something happens and I disconnect rather than me losing and I disconnect. Thanks for the info!

If you have a problematic system or connection it would be best it you don't play ranked games at least. Besides whatever penalties might come your way it would be selfish to the other 9 people in the game that you would be leaving from that have dedicated 30-40 minutes (at least) of their time on. Think how angry or frustrated you were when someone in your game left for any reason whatsoever. Once you have your system back in order feel free to join ranked again. :) Good luck.
