Can we get instant feedback back

like maybe you thought it was abused, salty people want some toxic person to get banned, which is the point of reporting or maybe it wasn't abused, just gave confirmation and satisfaction to when someone being toxic all game gets banned so more people reported. Like i get it people tried to piss off each other to get them banned but that still happens now, or you get reported for being bad, now it seems like reporting does literally nothing, if you want any chance at making the community better, you have to take like half an hour to submit a ticket for every toxic person (usually 2-4 per game) rather than click a report button and be done in a few seconds

i'm just sick of so many toxic people, can we get a system that lets us make it better without having to go too out of our way too much

Hypothetical, Riot gives instant feedback. How do you feel when someone you reported does not get punished?

Instant feedback is still here. You'll get the punishment notification if the game you reported them in shows up in their reform card.

Keep in mind that the reform card only shows 1-5 recent games of unacceptable behavior, just because your game wasn't the one that got them punished, doesn't mean they didn't get punished later down the road. You report would have contributed towards their punishment.

If you are seeing fewer instant feedbacks, you should look at it from the positive side and perceive that the community is getting less toxic.
