My Ban

Hello Riot Games, I have been playing since October 31st 2015, and I have loved League of Legends ever since. My main account, Xeno the Legend was banned because I was tilted. This was one little outbreak because I was having a bad day and I got perma banned. I still play League of Legends, and I am not toxic at all, I just made a mistake. I'd really appreciate if you could unban my account as I have spent a lot of money on your game and I plan on still doing so! I sincerely apologize for the disruption and I completely understand if you choose not to unban me. I have looked at my chat logs and I saw how toxic and unnecessarily rude I was being. I have changed my ways since then and i try not to be toxic and give good advice.

IFS punishments are only reversed or reduced if they were given in error.

I want to say this gently. When you say, "Xeno the Legend was banned because I was tilted", "one little outbreak because I was having a bad day", and "I just made a mistake". It doesn't sound like you've made much progress on the way to reform. Reform generally has two parts; accepting responsibility for your actions, and deciding to do better.

Tilt happens, bad days happen, mistakes happen. Consciously choosing to hit enter, type something toxic, and hit enter again is something you have the capability to avoid.
