An hacked account got a ban ???

HI guys or should i say "greetings summoners", Hopefully, i was playing a match in ranked , is there something wrong ? Then i finished this match and turned off the client and my computer. (warning there is a shock here in the next paragraph ) After a period of time goes on , i came back and opened my account ,the client said to me this account is opened somewhere else . I was in a shock and didn't know what to do ,i quickly turned off the client and computer . So after an hour i reopened my account and got banned !!!! I hope my tickets were good enough for riot to remove this ban. An ideas guys for this situation? I would be grateful .

Well that sounds like they put a safety ban on the account to help protect it after you reported it! They will ask you some information now about your account, including credit cards used, the original email attached to it, your first skins purchased or first summoners purchased, original region, etc. Just send in a ticket/speak with a live chat correspondent at https://support.riotgames.com to be able to find a solution!

I would suggest waiting to speak with a live chat official which roughly becomes available around 3pm central

Just wait. Only 1 ticket suffices to get their attention, more than 1 annoys them.
