How is trolling, soft inting, and direct insults not get punished, but your reaction to it is?

3 games, 3 instances were people legit bring me to the edge of a stroke. They can insult you, or your team, they can troll you, they soft int, they can argue with everyone, but that doesn't bring a negative spirit to the game, but when you react to the toxic person, you're the one that gets restricted??? Are we serious here? I'm sure that people that don't care about ruining everyone else's games are too thick skinned to be 'offended' by this... You literally have to sit there and take anyone's shit (whether verbal or in game troll behavior) and you just have to passively accept it. When you react, you're the one that ruins the experience of the game?? The minute you start trolling, it becomes a joke for everyone (opponents as well, since they get a win with no effort). That's not playing a game, thats just ruining everyone's experience, and then you punish the one that calls it out. You are passionate to win, they literally tell you that "I only grind on fortnite, im here cause whatever, i dont care" and then you're the one that's punished, especially when there wasn't any hard core insults, and just responses of equal magnitude to what they tell me?? Last time i checked adults played this game, but as it turns out, it's babies that can't even handle being called out for being assholes, they haven't yet been exposed to real harshness, so this is triggering... clowns. Just clowns...

Trolling and soft inting are punished once confirmed, albeit slowly and needs improvement.

Insults are also punished so long as someone actually reports said player after the game. Depening on what was said, they may not be punished for that specific game; but a later one. Chat has a bit more leeway.

Because your reactions can sometimes be worse than what the actual troller/inter/feeder did, to begin with

(this examples a bit extreme but I'm gonna use it)

It's like if someone kills someone you love, then you kill them but then also kill someone they love. You turn into the bad guy.

Cos most the time, people mistake people whom are bad (or disagreements towards how the game is played) at the game with trolling and soft trolling.

And being bad is not a punishable offense.
