I get banned today and i dont know the reason,
The message say "Check your email for more information but i dont received nothing.

In the right upper corner where you name is you can click on settings, check if your email adress is up to date (sometimes people forget which one they used).
Always check your spam folder since riot emails love the spam folder ;).
As third, if both didn't help you have to contact the player support and ask for help.
