Useless ban system

Hello,I just got perma banned I would say for some dumb things.I agree that I flamed a little bit ,I didn't say anything special,but I don't think it is normal for me to get banned,and I am the most tryhard player ever,I always say things like gl hf and I motivate my team to win even when everyone surrenders.So I guess that's how this game works,the trollers and griefers don't receive any penalty but when I wanna play a match and I flame someone that intentionally wants to lose the game that I try to win I get banned.Also I saw players flaming much more than me and trolling and they don't get banned,this is just dumb,you really gotta work better on that system,it should definetely not be like that.
