Banned Until Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 9001

So i was afk in league for a few hours and when i finally got back it said i have been permanently suspended and i should check my email for additional info. So i did and it said i have been banned because i was using 3rd party programs, modification, or scripts. The thing is i have never used any type of third party program, aside from Curse Voice when if came out on beta. I have already sent a ticket to riot and they keep saying that i've been using 3rd party programs or scripts, even though i never used any type of scripts.Oh and no one knows my account info. How should i deal with this? I really want my account back. Thanks!

Then don't use 3rd party programs :)

Unfortunately there is some bad news here. You started off well when you sent in a ticket right away, but there isn't much that Riot will tell you. If they revealed how they detected 3rd party programs/scripts then the people who make those programs would deploy counter measures to make sure they aren't caught. Curse voice is fine, pros use it all the time even on stream.

I do have a question, what do you mean when you say

I hope and pray that you didn't try to get free RP from some random website.

I would advise you take a look at your computer for malware and Trojans. Just to make sure that no one else accessed your account.

The worst thing is, I have yet to see someone get a perm ban overturned in this category. It could happen, but unfortunately it does not look good. I would start leveling up a smurf during this preseason regardless.

If you were using any kind of 'auto clicker' for games like cookie clicker they can detect that and with them not knowing if it's being used with league or not they take the safe approach and ban the account.

If you want to do that kind of thing don't have league running. (or just not cheat...)

I have also received a ban with this type. I have no 3rd party programs. So dont know what is going on..

Banned until the year 9001? That's a ban all right.

I don't know what to tell you. If Riot is dead set on the fact that you used 3rd party software, they would have to have evidence proving it. You can appeal. They allow that. But all I can say is "good luck."

when i will be unbanned?the email said until this new year..but i still banned.riot do something..even i don't know what happen i do wait until today.
