i was permanently banned for the following mind you i just came off a 25 game chat restriction and 14 game suspension all for reasons i deserved. I'm battling this one because of how silly it actually is the chat logs are them flaming me and calling me bad when i was just trying to give them advice... despite me saying "open mid" i returned with tele upon saying it... i toughed it out and gave advice to garen to call mia when his lane opponent was missing i stayed under turret and farmed the best i could i defended the base the best i could... also note the garen intent fed "diving renek with 1/4 hp vs a full hp renek is my opinion of intent feeding after i mentioned to report the garen and FF he started to play.. then he couldn't fix his intent feeding and decided to feed more and didn't call mia... i didn't call afk i just knew we didn't have a fighting chance.. I still tried and farmed small jungle camps and mid when minions were under tower... the game was a slaughter.. but i didn't quit afk for feed intentionally... i tried to make the best of it... 1 curse word was used @ garen in the beginning and that was after i died trying to help his lane he was not listening to the warning pings to fall back so i said Wuk0ng Bot: RUUUUUUN %%%.. and i said that to warn him in all caps i figured caps and a word that people call each other everyday on a friendly basis would get his attention

The use of things like hate speech and homophobic slurs are not allowed, regardless of context. The punishment tier after a 14 day ban is a permanent one, so regardless of what triggered the punishment it would be a permaban, but your use of a homophobic slur definitely made sure it happened.

Even that one word aside, much of your chat was insulting your team, and included threatening to report them and lobbying to mass report which are punishable offenses. This kind of behavior does not improve the gameplay or behavior of your teammates; more likely they will play and behave even worse in response, so it's ill advised to approach a negative situation with more negativity.

You also do not need to ask anyone else to report. Their match will be flagged the same whether it's one report or nine, so just submit your own report and let the others decided for themselves based on what they see and feel should be punished.

LOL I'm insulting? how so? By telling silver and bronze players the importance of pings and playing safe? defending my stats they openly wanted to criticize? Most of this is directed at the enemy team....

If you are in a game where garen goes 0-3 and obviously is new to ranked games and a braum buys 3 boots tell me wtf do you do?

I calmed myself down and gave advice while still trying to win the game. i was going to afk/leave.. but i didnt want to face a ban so i got my shit together and tried to make the best of it without loosing my composure isn't that what is expected of a player in ranked? im pretty sure that it was asked of my for my future advice from the riot support email notifying me of my 14 day suspension. Sure i defended my stats on my champions because the enemy team started slandering it. to say my stats on ali and Lucian are better than anyone in this match was indeed a fact.. they have websites like op.gg and lolnexus that confirm that. and me giving advice after stating that? from a higher elo player to a lower...? like how am i wrong? people charge people for higher elo advice / coaching and I'm giving free common sense knowledge that will help them climb the ladder. streamers often call if a game is lost all the time if someone intent feeds.. they say it on twitch with everyone watching.... are they in violation of said poor conduct?

Do you think they don't know? They know, and harassing them isn't going to help. You can inform them without being a jerk or threatening to report them.

Why do you need to "defend" yourself? If they are being rude, mute them, and report if you feel necessary. Your stats aren't going to be hurt if you don't mention them. It's irrelevant which side you're talking to, just focus on the game.

Not threatening them, insulting them, telling them to open mid, or going afk. If they are new then they need your guidance, sans attitude.

Only one report is needed to flag their match to be checked when their case is reviewed. Keep in mind that simply being new and dying too much is not a punishable offense.

No. Most people are not like this, not even close. I probably haven't used that word in over 10 years; it's childish and offensive, and the majority of this community are in agreement that it is not acceptable to behave like that. If your group of friends or coworkers like to act that way that's all good and well, you do you, but here we have standards.

That's the difference between a leftist/feminist and an intelligent man. The intelligent man understands that context is everything and that raw, hardcore authoritarian tactics are not the correct way. The suppression of liberty is never the answer even if the leftist/feminist see's the destruction of liberty as a good thing.

I am not disrespecting anyone at Riot, I am simply voicing my opinion on their hyper draconian system in a civil way. In my opinion 'toxicity' should not even be mentioned, there is an ignore button for a reason... at most it should lead to chat restrictions or in ultra extreme cases (Doxxing + death threat) yes a permanent ban. I do not find "Naughty words" to be justification for a draconian system.

Suspensions and bans should be exclusively reserved for people that intentionally feed or afk... that kind of thing. You can ignore the flamer/troller, you cannot ignore the feeder/afker.

deep terror nami said it all, doesnt matter it was provoked. i had to carry a game on my smurf the other day cause a guy locked jungle teemo after i already picked kog jungle in ranked, i didnt flame just went kog smite top into riven farmed and won, after the game i just asked why and he thought i flamed him in lobby cause when he asked if he could jung i said im sorry dog, im gonna jungle. where hes from saying dog is like calling someone a slave. it happens flaming doesnt win games lol (acct i was on dadpleaseithurts)

Im trying to help you understand why you go banned, all i do in lol is be nice and not flame people, i consider myself the father of nubs, when my laners get beat up i help <- ie the name of my smurf. you flame and after a ban continue to do so, that is why you are banned.

Also, when you say that and follow it with the following quotes, you are not "trying to give them advice."

OP has over 400 games played this season and they're stuck in Silver, OP rose to mid silver, then dropped down to S5.

That wont help anyone. If you can't show the whole log, then there is little reason for anyone to judge you fairly since its not all there for us to see.

If you are going to get opinions on why you were banned, then your going to want to show everything rather than part of it.

Riot and the community has pretty much unanimously decided that "but the other guy did xyz" means nothing. Other players actions are nearly never a factor in your own actions during a ban review. Its your job to not act like, yes imo, an ass.

I'm done absolutely makes no sense to me and i've been playing competitive pvp gaming since 1997 when UO lauched

you guys got alot of work to do if you want to fix the toxic community the guy that should be banned is the guy who decided to buy 3 boots in a ranked game than report me for for using the word %%% in a context it wasn't really men't in...

To all the taric mains out there sorry if i offended you by using a word you should not really be offended by in 2016
