INT/GRIEF/Trolls

OK so first off hey everyone this is my first ever post, generally i dont like to complain but i have to notice that since our friends list and most of chat aside from ingame chat is disabled, i have been noticing ALOT more trolls in my ranked matches. I have been through so many people dodging games by now its not even funny anymore (12 dodges and re-accepts). And when i finally get into a game it is plagued with inters/griefers/trolls. Now i know your probably thinking this is another noob rant on these forums and you probably want to tell me to "git gud" but i can tell the difference between people playing and actually inting. Take my last game for example, i had an ashe adc who in lane stood there taking poke from both the enemy adc and supp, i tell her to back off and she IMMEDIATELY takes it to 100. She refuses to go in on engages from that point on, she walks into brush proceeds to say to me "okay have fun" and then starts to back in the top bot side bush knowing full well its warded and gives them a kill (INTENTIONALLY). She respawns a few seconds later tells me "good luck bot" then afks in base for a good 3-4 min missing a mountain of gold and exp, and when she finally decides to start playing again she roams mid taking my midlaners cs/gold. At which point my midlaner begins to flame and say "shit botlane" as if i have any control of whats going on bot. i just love the fact that players in my elo refuse to use thier eyes or look at what others are pinging/saying in chat and just flame based off thier own anger. My question is why am i saddled with inters/griefers atm? Is it due to the fact that riot is more focused on social feature maintenance right now to see whats going on with thier game? Granted i did poorly as well, i dont mind losing games every now and then. But when i lose i want it to be a loss that i can feel good about. What can i do better to avoid these kind of people/games?. This Forum seems to be my only solution at this point other than dodging games. Im gonna start collecting footage and chat screenshots so that i can report these toxic players in the hopes that riot issues a ban or some kind of restriction, because quite frankly i feel like im pushed up against a wall and the only reply i seem to get from peers/randoms is "stfu toxic pos" even my own teams can change thier attitude at the drop of a hat and blame everyone but themselves. Does anyone else get where im coming from? [sg-janna] ..Removed by Moderation..

Some players just don't want to listen to advice and will continue playing whatever way they want to. That being said, you're free to provide constructive criticism, but not to the point that it would be considered spam. I think when you do notice a player snap and refuse any positive interactions, it's best to cease talking to them and report them afterwards.

I would advise against this; it's taking away your focus of the game and you're focusing on others' actions and punishments, which I don't think is good for your goal of winning and improving in this game.

Ehh not really the post is still relatively pointless, the boards can't do anything to help you other than talk to you, just submit your requests to Riot support instead of getting upset over someone telling you the rules [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Well she used the chat while trolling you, so I dont see the correlation. We will just have to see and collect more data over time to see if theres any relation between more trolling and less chat.

Oh also, you asked for ways to avoid that. Dont EVER tell anyone anything obvious like when theyre getting poked telling them to back off. You never know their state of mind. They might be frustrated about all that poke and you telling them to back off might trigger these pussies. Like "oh back off?? I can do that!? No shit!!! Im trying to get cs, fucking dumbass tells me to back off..." you know what I mean? Its like when someone says "stop feeding" oh really? Great advice! Lol. Some people get triggered by the littlest things. So just keep all criticism and advice to yourself because some people just are looking for a reason to stop playing seriously and they see your comments as a reason. Instead of continuing to get outplayed, theyre gonna focus on pissing you off. Just my advice, and its pretty solid in my opinion, as i almost never encounter trolls.
