Ban Appeal

Hello i was banned today But It obviously wasnt actually reviewed because if they would have reviewed the case then I they would have seen me playing ranked getting trolled by a lux support trying to steal all my kills the whole game and I got Perma banned This action was far to harsh I wasnt that toxic at all But In reality Im just having a bad time in life right now with my family life I would very much apreciate if you could reduce it from permanant to two weeks Please Please Do this for me I have been playing this game a very long time and have spent alot of money on It Thank you you for your time with reading this Have a nice day
