Banned Players Creating Alternate Accounts to Avoid Ban

I was playing a game with someone, and after the game she told me she was playing on an alternate account to avoid her ban. This person said she was banned for being toxic. If someone who is toxic is still allowed to play how does that show any disciplinary actions effective. If toxic people realize they can continue playing even if their account is banned, why would they ever stop being toxic? If this person is not banned on this account as well I think it proves Riot's actions of discipline are useless and does not stop toxicity in the long run. <removed by moderation>

Yeah, and? This is old news lol. I have 14 accounts permabanned including this one, doesnt mean im just gonna stop playing the game because some sensitive kids get mad when i say theyre useless and need to ward/gank better.

And honestly I wasnt that toxic before. But once my first account got perma banned, I didnt give a fuck after that and just became even more toxic. My first account didnt get banned for about 7 months, then after that my accounts been getting perma banned for toxicity about every 2 weeks.

being banned only has a repercussion if you spent $ on the account otherwise its just time, and honestly your skill doesn't change between accounts so rank progress is not a huge loss

I agree that this is a problem. Riot needs to do more about such alternate accounts.

perhaps going beyond IP bans and actually applying unique identifiers for each game client would help.

Hey DOM, I've removed the image from your post because the Boards are not an appropriate place for reporting players, and we don't allow name & shaming people here per the Universal Rules. It's ok to discuss the behavior here and look for advice, but the best way to report out of game offenses is to submit screenshots in a Support Ticket under the request type I want to report abusive behavior, cheating, or a malicious link.
