You seriously banned me for defending myself? again?

So, i report these 2 premades who insult me all game, and i honor the erst of my team. Who did i get teamed up with? oh yea that's right, the premades who i reported. And not only do i get placed with people i don't like, i also get Perma banned for defending myselfs against them? is this a joke? jesus christ i hope you guys brun in hell, you don't fight toxicity, you only create it, i hope you realise that. i was a low diamond 2 player, got banned for nothing, and all you did was make me toxic, and now i can't even reach lvl 30 annymore cause premades seem to always get what they want huh. here ill flame for you so you actually have a legit reason. First of all, your poll is terrible and you should feel bad.

Secondly, self defense =/= retaliation.

In the future if a teammate is harassing you, just mute them and carry on. Arguing with them just drops you to their level and puts you at risk for punishment. It accomplishes nothing good.

Agreed. I hate polls like this. (Also your other points were relevant and valid too).

When the options are:

  • yes
  • yes

or are:

  • I agree
  • I'm an idiot

It's so biased and manipulative that it makes me sick.

To the OP I say, why bother having a post at all if you're just planning to be a dick about it?

Players like this are often just stubborn and muley and don't care enough to change their behavior.

Or at least they try to make it seem like they don't care. These posts prove quite the opposite ironically.

Well, at least such polls are "honest" about their bias. I hate the more "subtle" biases more; especially when combined with vague poll options beneath a very specific point made in the OP.

For example when somebody posts their specific chatlogs and punishment, while following with a poll with the options

  • Riot's system could use some improvement
  • Riot's system is 100% perfect

Then again, this poll kinda is the worst of both worlds.

Eh, I don't disagree, but I don't necessarily agree either.

I think honest biased polls are a different beast entirely from subtle polls. Both are awful though.

Defending yourself: Hitting a single button that, almost magically, removes all flame and harassment you experience for the rest of the game.

Verbally Abusing4 votes

A good way to defend yourself verbally is just mute the chat. If you believe that they are verbal abusing mute and report them at the end of the game. You don't have to say anything against it.

When people respond back to hateful comments it causes the verbal abuser to respond more harshly to you.
