I got banned for 2 weeks for flaming for the first time at another two flaming teammates

So, I was drunk, 1 am playing norms with some friends. I am never toxic, somehow im playing ok, start doing work as a jungler and im getting negative feedback from mid and top. I was super fed, and also helped my lanes get fed. Then mid and top start flaming me at the same time saying I wasnt doing work and that I wasnt any good. I got triggered(again I was drunk and I know I shouldnt be triggered that easily). Then I start talking to my friends on chat calling them "cabron" which is a word from our native language. My toplaner thinks im talking to him and proceeds to insult my gameplay more, even though I had 20 kill participatoin out of 26. I get SUPER TRIGGERED and I start to flame. My midlaner also criticizes my gameplay and I also flame him a bit. I did say kys once and it was wrong, but based on my previous reputation and my lvl 4 honor last season I think I got punished for my first offense. The overtly sexual comments repeatedly, as well as homophobic slurs, as well as telling others to kill themselves are never acceptable in League. Those three things all warrant an escalated punishment on their own - and to be quite honest I think you're lucky you didn't get a permanent ban off the bat for being so explicit and offensive

In this instance it wasn't the homophobic slur, but a sexist one hateful towards women that isn't super common.

Never mind, I see where you go with that, but saying bad words in a non directed way isnt like awful. Its not like we are 10 and cant say the word bitch to the enemy ty for the comment anyways, I see your point now

There's a big difference between "fuck, bitch, damn, shit" and using hateful slurs.

It's not acceptable even if you are drunk. Not only did you said "Kys" which is 14 days on it's own but you also said "%%%got" which is also worth 14 days on it's own.

I do understand the kys part but the %%%%t part is directed to my friend (premade) is riot able to see that or no?. I thought there was like first offense policy, I see streamers type kys on stream and not get banned. Thanks for the comment

Saying on stream vs. doing so in game is quite different. Riot can't enforce whatever streaming system they use like Twitch. They don't own it.

It doesn't matter if you're saying it to someone else who you are premade to(which doesn't seem like you did from your chat for that matter) you are forcing everyone in game to see it.

I meant that they type it on stream. Have seen yassuo and t1 do it, also IWD, just to name a few.

And last time I checked, t1 got like 20+ accounts banned. Maybe that should be a hint that it's not okay.

you only reviewed if you get reported. Otherwise, if you are absolutely 100% sure you will not be reported (cant be 100% sure even in premade-5 tbh), you can type whatever you want in chat. There is no automatic chat scan. You only get scanned if you get at least 1 report.

Most people who plays with streamers at top elo know them. Most of the time will not report the streamers. No report = no IFS = no chat scan = no punishment.

Unfortunate for you, you are not afforded the same ease of mind as those streamers. Like I said, if you really sure you wont be reported, go nuts!.

I see streamers type kys on stream and not get banned.

You only get banned if reported.

Since most streamers are quite high ELO, they mostly know eachother in-game and most people don't them for it.

Riot has a zero toleration for slurs such as what you typed here;

WannaBeATigger: %%%%t

or telling people to "kys"

WannaBeATigger: go kys

It often results in an escalation of the punishment.

First offense with things like hate speech is still a 14-day ban. The reason is that you should have known better than to say that sort of thing without Riot having to warn you. That's something we learn already in today's society.

Keep in mind that after a 14-day ban you're on super thin ice. Any negativity or even passive aggressiveness could result in another punishment. And because of the way the system works (punishments result in escalation to the next tier of punishment) any punishment you receive next will result in a permanent ban because that is the next step in the punishment tiers after a 14-day ban.
