So I understand why I was banned for being toxic, but I only got a 2 week ban as a warning. And then I got a perment bam. Because I told a team mate it sorry I couldn’t carry you. Please help. I summited a ticket but i do not think I’ll get a reply.

You'll skip the chat restriction tiers if you're using hate speech, threats of violence, telling people to kill themselves, or other extreme forms of toxic chat. And once you're at the two-week ban stage, the next rules infraction is a permanent ban. I doubt saying "sorry I couldn't carry you" is what triggered your final punishment. Wanna post the full chat logs?

You get a perma for continued toxicity as well. If you dont stop flaming after a 14-day ban, you get a perma - you dont need to use hatespeech for that. If you want our opinion, you have to post your logs.

Based on your chat history, it looks like your 14-day ban ended only just over a week ago, and you were informed at that point that your next rules infraction would be a perma. These logs are nothing but you insulting your teammates, which is against the rules. It would ordinarily just be a chat restriction, but since your account was already in poor standing, it got escalated.

A month and a half is incredibly recent as far as punishments go, so it would go to the next punishment step, as the 14 day ban informed you.
