So I understand why I was banned for being toxic, but I only got a 2 week ban as a warning. And then I got a perment bam. Because I told a team mate it sorry I couldn’t carry you. Please help. I summited a ticket but i do not think I’ll get a reply.
You'll probably get a reply, it just takes a while.
You'll skip the chat restriction tiers if you're using hate speech, threats of violence, telling people to kill themselves, or other extreme forms of toxic chat. And once you're at the two-week ban stage, the next rules infraction is a permanent ban. I doubt saying "sorry I couldn't carry you" is what triggered your final punishment. Wanna post the full chat logs?
Did you get chatlogs with the punishment? Posting those unedited would go a lot further if you wanted the community to give some input on your behavior.
