Player adding me after game and this is what happens

So I did have a bad game as Corki, but to add me afterwards and flame like that? That's a little overkill. So hereby I post this gyazo. Should i report this personally to riot?

Don't accept invites. Since you accepted the invite Riot won't do anything. However, do note that you seem more intelligent than the guy on the other end of the screen. He's probably got serious mental issues and is lashing out at you because he can't find anything positive in his life to calm him down.
I don't accept adds after a bad game for that very reason.
hmm death threats, toxic behavior, report it
If you reported the player after the game, then that should be good enough. If this behavior was wildly different from what you experienced in game, you should definitely submit a support ticket.
