Riot needs a policy change
My account got hacked not too long ago & even though I was proven owner, Riot banned the account due to how it was "compromised". Like this is bullshit, when my account got hacked on WOW, they got it back for me, blizzard support. Didn't ban account. This company is a joke. Here is riot support reply to my ticket

Unfortunately, this account has been permanently suspended due to the extent to which it has been compromised. Accounts that have been highly-compromised pose a risk for other players, and, as mentioned previously, are at risk for suspension. All players are responsible for the security of their accounts.
Please let me know if you have any constructive feedback. I’m sorry if this decision disappoints you, but it is final.

Here was my reply to their garbage support team & toward this company's HORRIBLE POLICIES.
Yeah I have some feedback. When I play blizzard games or Runescape, when my account got hacked they DIDNT PERMABANNED IT and customer support was actually helpful. Not only does your policy suck, your customer support sucks too. You guys dont even have live chat, what a joke. Should rewrite your garbage policies & you along with the other support team needs to be replaced because your teamm cannot please players what so ever.
Riot is a billion dollar company, doesn't have live chat, cant hire actual customer support & when you someone they're a cold heartless jerk who doesn't connect to the players like Blizzard support & other customer support from other gaming companies that ACTUALLY CARE. I can get better customer at Walmart than RIOT GAMES. A greedy, cold, out of touch company with the player base.
