ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I recently got banned from league because of foul language, and yes how ironic I put it in the title of this post. I recently was in a game with a trolling son of a bitch who didnt want to participate at all, and fed their mid laner. I will take responsibility for my actions, but I recently got a message from him saying how I am enjoying my ban even though we got 4 people to report him. Do my reports not matter anymore? Get a fucking grip riot. This is bullshit. When 4 people report someone for trolling and they ban the guy who said some shit about the feeding mid laner who was inting the whole team? Really?

I have an alt so I really dont care about the ban on this account but this was some sloppy bullshit Riot.

  1. You are toxic and were already on thin ice, so you got a quicker punishment.
  2. He is likely not as toxic, and will eventually get his chat restriction/ban, but was in better standing.
  3. More than one report is seen as just one report right now with the system. 1 report or 9 are weighed in the same light (from what I understand).

Honor doesn't really mean anything imo. However, I also made a mistake and read your post at first as "I had already been recently banned" as in the 14 day suspension. Are you on a perma right now or are you on a 14 day? Not to mention, posting chat logs is always helpful for us to let you know why you got a ban over a chat restriction.

Talk to riot support, sadly nobody here can tell you here they received punishment and that the best advice is to mute report and move on

Again. He likely didn't have any prior reports. And even if he did, this still wasn't enough to break the camels back. Or maybe he has a chat restriction and you just don't know. If you have an issue with it. Submit a report to riot.

Worrying about others is part of what makes people get in so much trouble in the first place. Stop watching what they do. Worry about yourself and your play. If you think they're a legitimate feeder report them afterwards. A lot of these issues stem from people calling people having a bad game "intentional feeders" or "int'ers". That will quickly make them toxic or actually int. Don't let these people drag you in to their tilted mindset just keep playing and you'll be not end up on these player behavior boards.

Reacting and adding a negative attitude , verbal abuse and offensive language is adding negativity to negativity.

That essentially makes you just as toxic for example as someone intentionally feeding.

If someone is legitimately breaking the rules in any way Ignore them and quietly and privately report them after the match .

There is no justification for "reacting in any way" to someone intentional breaking the rules , being toxic in any way.

Also no justification for ranting about any person grievance you have about the match.

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing . unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.

there is no context for which being toxic to someone is allowed. riot doesn't care what others said and did or how they acted. you are not allowed to be toxic or else you get punished. clear?

it doesnt matter how many people report someone

it doesnt matter if someone gets reported by 1 player or 9

riot only gets ONE notification to review the player's behhaviour. the other EIGHT are IGNORED

The extra reports don't count as additional incentive, they don't count as aditional votes they don't count for ANYTHING

that is why asking for reports in game is BOTH stupid and meaningless and is generally considered as harassment and thus punishable

You didn't get banned for foul language, you most likely got banned for being an ass.

It doesn't help your case you chose not to post the chat logs.

That mid laner sounds like an asshole. You can submit a support ticket about their message, as Riot does not tolerate players mocking others like they did to you. They can investigate and take appropriate action, although they won't be able to tell you the result due to privacy reasons.

yep i also got ip banned when i said "fuck u" to a teammate got 5 accounts this morning that are perma banned and i wasnt playing on them. pretty good company i must admit, perma banning players who aren't even inting/trolling just said 1 "bad" thing and instantly perma banned

Riot doesn't IP ban so you are clearly lying for attention or some other reason.

They do in extreme cases, and it's not an IP ban, they have other ways of tracking accounts belonging to the same player.

Either way, if all 5 accounts were banned it was probably deserved. Riot does not ban people until it is confirmed that they were toxic. Riot probably saw combined behavior across each of the accounts and decided to take action. Not to mention the fact that with Running's choice of username, it's likely that they have inted before.
