Can I get a reduced ban from my current one?

So, recently what has happened Is that I got perma banned for 3rd party use programs I didn't use.I can admit to sharing an account with 1 of my friends but, before this ban they haven't played on this account for at least a month and so have I because they personally told me they uninstalled League so they could focus on Exams. I went on OP.gg and looked at my account. there are a bunch of games specifically the ranked ones I have not played because I specifically remember playing on an alternate account and only on that account since then.It seems fishy not just me or Riot how they haven't figured that I haven't played those games.

That itself is grounds for a permanent ban on the account. This admission has, if anything, lowered the likelihood of Riot lowering the ban.

Sharing an account is also a reason to permaban someone. You most likely won't get your account back.

You account shared with a person using scripts and or your friend sold your account info to the highest bidder, and thye played on it either way the account sharing is a ban offence
