PHP (Players Helping Players) Movement

At the time of writing this, I am honestly pretty damn tilted. I've just played like, my first/second Brand Brand Game of my life, and didn't do too hot in lane. So I did my usual approach of, "if I can't work well in the duo, maybe I could try splitting," since it was normal, unranked game and I felt like seeing the pros and cons of the champion.

I quickly learned that Brand is NOT made for split pushing.

Another thing I learned? Nobody wants to help players anymore. Quite literally, nobody I've met in my games recently (or ever that I recall) has given constructive criticism without some kind of snarky remark. "git gud" and "Uninstall" are the usual remarks on advice. So, I'd like to start a PHP Movement in League.

Long story short, when you see a player struggling, be it with a new champion or just in a bad matchup, offer a bit of advice. Recommend an item to buy, or a spell combo to use. And when you receive any advice? Don't assume they're being rude and telling you "how you have to play your character." Instead? Take it as what it is. A bit of advice.

It's not a huge thing, but hopefully, if people see this, or at least catch wind of the notion of this, they'll think next time they load up some kind of insult in the chat, and hopefully make the community a bit more positive. Spread the word please? It's hopelessly optimistic, but hey. Worth a shot right? [sg-ahri-2]

YOU SO BAD5/21/2018, 7:43:50 AM1 votes

I get where your coming from but this community is full of emotionally retarded people who even if you give them advice in the nicest way possible will take it as an attack against them and start feeding flaming or do even worse. Best bet is to find a solid group of people to play with who are like minded and want to improve.

Iv tried to help people out over the 8 years iv played and it is never received well.

Even if you wait till the after game lobby.
