perma ban appeal

I have spent a lot of money in this game, and ive only been banned once almost a year ago, and now i get banned permanently for playing with my friends. Is there any way this can be a one month ban instead of permanent. I've invested so much time money and effort.

I know I've said some bad things but today was a very stressful day for me and theres no complaining.

I know there's a 4 step banning phase, but the last time i was banned was almost a year ago, ive invested about 300$plus into this game, and it would be a shame if it were thrown away in one night, is there possibly any other punishment then perma. Chat restrict me 1 year if must. I generally don't mean these things, I just say it out loud in moments of heat.

You seem young to me based on how these excuses seem to make sense to you, and how you try to use pity as a tool to appeal this ban. "Heat of the moment" happens to everyone but it's not an excuse "I played with my friends" doesn't matter "I didn't mean what I said" you call people N words and shit yah guess you didn't mean to slander my race/heritage if that's the first thinking coming to your mind you should work out whatever you got inside your head first

Pretty uncool, it doesn't matter if u were on voice or not, doesn't matter who you insulted, and without chat logs this post is pretty useless, I'd suggest you actually show us, otherwise send a support ticket which will likely not result in anything other than riot saying "we aren't reverting course Etc"

To appeal a punishment, you will need to submit a support ticket. If it's true that your last punishment was almost a year ago, it's possible that Player Support will lower your punishment to a 14-day ban. However, if they don't reduce your punishment, then that's it.

EDIT: Looking at op.gg, it seems as though you only recently started playing again 5 days ago, though I don't know how long op.gg's database goes back. It's possible to lower your punishment tier, but to do so you need to be actively playing since your last punishment. If you don't play enough games since your last punishment, then your punishment tier won't be lowered.

We'll go ahead and clear this up.

Regardless of whether it was taken out of context or not, what you posted was explicitly against the TOU presented by Riot. To explain further, this is the exact TOU passage that you broke: Code of Conduct 5.1 v. states "Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful (such as "kys"), threatening, abusive (again, "kys" applies here), harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially (hey, big one here. The "N word" applies here.), ethically, or otherwise objectionable."

Just because you don't feel you did anything wrong doesn't excuse that fact that you actually did do something wrong. The TOU is public and available for all to see.

Please explain to me how the fact that you got a 14 day ban not enough of a warning for you?

Hmm idk if there is anything we can do. Athough we all get frustrated in the heat of the moment, we just need to learn from our mistakes and not make them again. The same thing applies to life. Mistakes are actually a key point in life which makes a person one step further to being a better person. You will learn more from mistakes than doing the right thing which is odd but true.

chat logs? Also did you play between that last ban and now? It expires in League time, not real time.
