I got chat restricted after someone stole my lane and I asked to get him reported

So today i played a game of league, blind pick to be precise, and i called top about 30 times to the point people even told me to chill and i could play top. The whole team knew i was 1st to call toplane and no one complained, then the game started and a Nasus main decided to also play top so he came to lane with me and started telling me to get the f*ck out of his lane etc... so i decided to be the better person and go to play support in the hope i would do ok as a 1st time yasuo in bot. I ended up dying several times and got flamed by the entire team bc i suck at playing yasuo support after my lane got stolen by an insta lock nasus. The nasus told me I suck really hard and should uninstall etc... At this point i asked everyone to report him please for being toxic. As the communication in the team was really poor so we ended up being really far behind, the nasus after 17 minutes and being 3 9 2 decided to sell all his items and buy 6 tears and start dancing in base for the rest of the game and flaming the rest of the team while i was trying to catch up to the other team as i fell really far behind without farm as a sup no levels and hadden died way to many times(i know this is my fault but im learning still). we ended up losing the game and i got chat restricted after it because i got reported by the trolling nasus, this is my chat:

In blind pick calling a role doesn't mean that you're entitled to it, sorry. If an agreement can't be made about who gets what role you're just going to have to deal with it. I would recommend draft pick if you want to be assured which role belongs to you.

Asking for people to report constantly throughout the game is harassment as well, you're just using the existence of the system to attack them in chat. You have control over one report, your own. Thankfully that's all it takes for a game to be reviewed. So next time, just report them.

I've removed the links, as they were naming and shaming.

If you reported the player in the post-game, then you've done what you can to ensure that player has their actions looked into. If they did something in the pre-game, then you can note that in your report.

As AeroWafflehouse states, there's no defined rule about roles in Blind Pick.

Mod put it perfectly, but to hopefully add on some more helpful information, multiple Riot employees have told me via email NOT to call for reporting someone, as that's bannable. For harassment I assume.

I feel bad for you since your situation really sucks (asshole teams always suck), but like @AeroWaffle said, I would also recommend draft pick. Also, I think reporting someone for lane stealing is a tenuous report at best. I'm pretty sure that unless you're stealing a role in Draft Pick, where people explicitly choose their roles, stealing a lane in Blind is more BM than anything. It's not a true rule in the sense that Draft's roles are, so your report might be weak. Try to restrain yourself from calling for reports in the future. Good luck, my guy.
